Exceptional I have 2 vehicles purchased at Webb Ford. 2016 F-150 XLT and a 2017 Escape Titanium. The workmanship and professionalism of the entire staff is except I have 2 vehicles purchased at Webb Ford. 2016 F-150 XLT and a 2017 Escape Titanium. The workmanship and professionalism of the entire staff is exceptional, Timing and scheduling has always been within our schedule and completion as per quotation. Service locally at Webb Ford Since Webb doesn't do reserved spots for service I got there early in the morning (7:15am). After pulling into the service area a gentleman met me before I even got out of the car, and asked how he could help me that morning. I told him I need a grease, oil, and filter. That is essentially there "The Works Special" without the rotation of the tires. They also check other fluid levels, tire wear, etc. I asked how long it would be since I had to wait. He said max of 45 min to 1 hour (they were busy at the time). The service writer came back and got me in about 35 minutes completely done and the car parked out front. This is one of the reasons I return. Their efficiency in my case has been excellent in the past 4 years. More
Shady dealership, Zero customer care Worst experience at Web Ford. I purchased a Ford Focus 2010 and the sales person, Thomas Miller was pushy and devious. He assured us that the car was Worst experience at Web Ford. I purchased a Ford Focus 2010 and the sales person, Thomas Miller was pushy and devious. He assured us that the car was already tested by Web Ford to ensure there are no issues and I believed. From reviews, I believed this company was reputable but I was so wrong. Thomas rushed us during the test drive as part of his scheme. On the drive home, I noticed serious uncontrollable car and engine vibrations and discovered I had no control of the car, which was a serious safety issue. I called immediately and no one was willing to address my concerns. I was transferred from person to person and finally to the sales person, Thomas who was rude on phone and told me whatever was going on with the car was my business and he already sold me a car and also that I should not bring it in for any repairs because they will charge me a lot more than required to fix any issues. I have made several attempts to reach other authorities at Web Ford but I have been ignored completely. I got an estimate from a local mechanic and I have to spend about $1000 to fix 3 major mechanical issues. These people at Web Ford have zero customer care. All they care about is milking the customers dry. This is really bad for a brand. More
