I would never take my vehicle here again, or would I ever recommend this place. The service manager, Shawn, and this Hispanic lady that works with him, they both are incompetent and liars. They told me I had to pay an astronomical amount of money just to get a diagnostic done to my car when I have a warranty on the vehicle. Today I had to bring in my Chevy Trax to the dealership and got top notch services! Was told the issues I was having was not gonna be covered by my warranty and the General Manager Tim Gehr & Sales associa and got top notch services! Was told the issues I was having was not gonna be covered by my warranty and the General Manager Tim Gehr & Sales associate (who assisted me from the beginning) Ivan Fandino was not having it. They called and reached out to the warranty company and got everything straightened out for me. I got an upgrade on my warranty; didn’t have to pay little to nothing on what wasn’t covered. Overall I will definitely be a long term customer and continue to do business with Ivan Fandino & Tim Gehr! I’m soo thankful for those men at Webb Chevrolet in Oaklawn….. Thanks again guys! More
I was in for an oil change (60,000 mile check up) and tire rotation I also explained that the rear tire on the driver side has a slow leak. when my car was ready the rep. said they did not find a leak bu tire rotation I also explained that the rear tire on the driver side has a slow leak. when my car was ready the rep. said they did not find a leak but it may be leaking from the rim, well it's been 3 weeks and I had to put air in the tire rear on the driver side. This is also a indication the tire has a leak they did not fix and the tires were not rotated. If the tires had been rotated the leak would have been on the front. Why can't I just simply get what I pay for? I do not have the desire to keep coming into the service department for them to just service the car. I put my trust in this location to take care of my car. I guess I will have to start numbering the tires to be sure they are rotated. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!!! More
