I went to fix a flat tire and check pressure sensor in the wheel as it was not working. It took WEBB 2 hours to find a puncture on the side wall of the tire and ask me if I am OK to replace it as it is no the wheel as it was not working. I had to wait another 3.5 hours and ask what it takes so long before WEBB told me that pressure sensor also needs to be replaced as it is broken. My appointment was at 2:15 PM, I left dealership at 8:20 PM. Extremely slow service and overpriced. Overprice is somewhat expected at any dealership location, but such long time for simple service is not acceptable. More
