Went to go see about why my check engine light was on and they said a cracked oil pan was the cause of it. I went to another place to fix it because it was significantly cheaper and they told me it was also they said a cracked oil pan was the cause of it. I went to another place to fix it because it was significantly cheaper and they told me it was also cuz of my throttle body. So i was able to get both parts done plus labor for the price Webb was charging me for a cracked oil pan. Not sure if they’re diagnostic test is accurate or someone didn’t do their job precisely but i would have been outta way more money if i continued to do business with them. Great customer service from Favian but definitely over priced. More

Service was good but you can improve on obtaining parts (new transmission), it took 4 days. My father was a GM employee and said that could have been improved. Also when I received the car back there was oil at the front hood that looks like it dripped down to bumper & oil smudge on driver side door & back passenger door. More

Taking my car in to get it fixed one day the check engine light come on the next day. I took it back and they recharged me a A diagnostics fee, and I have paid it prior or just unbeknownst to me. When you diagnose a car day before you’re supposed to diagnose the whole car I didn’t pay you for a prior part diagnosis so after they fixed it the first day the check engine light came on the next day and they say oh that’s something else you have to pay for a different diagnostic I think I would choose to go to another dealership instead of web and the future they’re not honest. More
