Had several bad experiences: 1 car was in lot called they had not sent out to be serviced to body shop the whole day I called several time was not service until next day car was in at 7am Oil change was do had not sent out to be serviced to body shop the whole day I called several time was not service until next day car was in at 7am Oil change was done sticker note next oil change due 6729 miles didn’t reach oil change was due at 3788 miles with 20 percent do not understand why I didn’t get at less 3000 mile before next service was due this is a New car tires look bad brown spots all on them like old and dry rot More

When the light on my rear turn signal burned out I tried to replace it and in the process dropped the bulb with the adapter attached down the hole. I went over to Webb in Oak Lawn and Cesar was fantastic. W to replace it and in the process dropped the bulb with the adapter attached down the hole. They replaced the bulb for me and I was back in business. I would highly recommend them and will definitively be returning in the future. More
