Unprofessional! !! Josh and Breyanna went back and forth with me about a Warranty that they claim I didn’t not have. Over charged me and did not use my warranty. Br !! Josh and Breyanna went back and forth with me about a Warranty that they claim I didn’t not have. Over charged me and did not use my warranty. Breyanna did not communicate anything that was shared with her to the techs. I spoke with Breyanna several times on the phone and when I got to the car lot all of my paperwork was wrong. Josh and Breyanna felt as though it was not necessary for them to do their job and input my information into their system to locate all of the detailed information for my vehicle that was needed. My Mother and I are having a bad experience. If you want your mother to be happy do not come here. We left and we realized we were missing a few things.
