Addendum to my previous Dec 4 Review. After going thru the paperwork that Roberto gave me a closing Dec 2, I found I was missing Numerous items. I now have spent a full month having Connor track them down and send them to me. Also, General Manager, Tim Gehr, did not respond to my repeated emails and phone calls asking for his help. Taking my car in to get it fixed one day the check engine light come on the next day. I took it back and they recharged me a A diagnostics fee, and I have paid it prior or just unbeknownst to me. When you diagnose a car day before you’re supposed to diagnose the whole car I didn’t pay you for a prior part diagnosis so after they fixed it the first day the check engine light came on the next day and they say oh that’s something else you have to pay for a different diagnostic I think I would choose to go to another dealership instead of web and the future they’re not honest.
