Service was good but you can improve on obtaining parts (new transmission), it took 4 days. My father was a GM employee and said that could have been improved. Addendum to my previous Dec 4 Review. After going thru the paperwork that Roberto gave me a closing Dec 2, I found I was missing Numerous items. Taking my car in to get it fixed one day the check engine light come on the next day. I took it back and they recharged me a A diagnostics fee, and I have paid it prior or just unbeknownst to me. When you diagnose a car day before you’re supposed to diagnose the whole car I didn’t pay you for a prior part diagnosis so after they fixed it the first day the check engine light came on the next day and they say oh that’s something else you have to pay for a different diagnostic I think I would choose to go to another dealership instead of web and the future they’re not honest.
