I bought my Chevy Equinox new in 2011. After that, I have had nothing but problems from this dealership. My car broke down 3 times within a month with less than 20, 000 miles on it. The first two times, they had nothing but problems from this dealership. My car broke down 3 times within a month with less than 20, 000 miles on it. The first two times, they assured me that they had fixed the problem. Only to find out that they had lied. The part the needed to fix it didn't even exist yet. It was being "redesigned." I found that out after I broke down the last time in the middle of an intersection with my one year old in the car, and had to have it towed!! Nobody from this dealership would return my phone calls, and the last time they kept my car for 22 days!!! After trading in that car with another dealership, I have now been waiting 2 months for them to refund my money for the extended warranty I bought (still my phone calls are being ignored). I would never recommend this dealership to anybody. I can't believe that are still in business. More

I & my family have boug rant...this review is based on what actually happened to me when I recently tried to purchase a new Tahoe from Webb Chevy. I & my family have bought 5 cars from Webb Chevy over the years. I found a Tahoe I was interested in- I thought I had a great deal from Webb, so I signed a contract & put money down. The very next day, I found a better deal at one of Webb's local competitors. I went back to Webb & asked them to match the price or cancel the deal. They refused to do either- & said they would keep my money. I treid to work it out with a store manager- rather than being reasonable about it, he publically yelled at my wife & I right in the middle of the store. We left- he told us never to come back. Webb now refuses to even service our other cars- & not just our cars, but they also refuse to service my kids cars (who had nothing to do with this). Is this the type of company you want to do business with?? I highly recommend you go elsewhere. More
I am livid. All that is wrong with General Motors can be summed up by rogue dealers like Webb Chevy. I have never before as an adult been lied to in such a bold face mannor. Repairs that are quoted as 2-3 h summed up by rogue dealers like Webb Chevy. I have never before as an adult been lied to in such a bold face mannor. Repairs that are quoted as 2-3 hours are not even STARTED untill the car has been there twice that long. I, myself, more than once, was told a repair would be completed in an hour or two only to be told after an four hour wait that the parts needed were not there. And then they act like they are doing you a favor! More
I would like to say first that I'm a fan of chevy cars and trucks [vans] I believe in your product. I have owned 8 chevy vans since 1991,I own a small business that puts me on the road,all over this count and trucks [vans] I believe in your product. I have owned 8 chevy vans since 1991,I own a small business that puts me on the road,all over this country and Canada,over 200 days a year. I went into Webb chevy looking for a small car for my son. We spoke with Miguel Zamora several times during our conversations I told him that I wanted a price out the door that included ALL charges, we agreed on a price $13000 that we were told included All charges. Miguel then went to his supervisor to confirm the deal. The car was a 2010 chevy aveo, Miguel came back and said the deal was confirmed,we asked again "13000 out the door all charges included" Miguel said yes. My son is just starting out so I was co-signing for him. We paid a small amount 100 dollars it was Saturday so we agreed to fill out some papers and come back on Monday to fill out papers for a loan and put down an additional 6000. Over that period of time I decided to lend my son the rest of the money to buy the car. We returned to Webb chevy on Monday and I still find it hard to believe what happened next Miguel escorted us to John Poupa's office. I told him that we were going to buy the car out right. Thinking that we owed 12900 I was out raged to find out that he was saying we owed about 3300 more. Miguel entered the office I said "Miguel this is 13000 out the door right" he said yes. John Poupa said no and he left the room to bring back a supervisor, I knew what he was going to say before he said it"there's been a misunderstanding" no one here ever authorized such a deal. My wife thenasked what exactly does "out the door" meanShe did not receive an answer. I then told the supervisor that I always abide by my word and said I felt like giving him a smack. They still insisted that the price did not include the taxes and the 5 year extended warranty that the salesman assured me was included in the 13,000 price. My wife asked what was the price to get this matter over with and was told $1300. While disagreeing with my wife she told them to put the $1300 on her Visa. Then the supervisor and John Poupa left the room. After another 20 or so minutes Jerry Roberts enters the room throws the two checks and the Visa card at me and states Congratulations you just bought yourself a car he stated he would not take the Visa card said he wanted cash only and because he felt I threatened his employee to get out of his office. My wife stepped between us. I left to go outside. My wife's impression was that if we couldn't come up with the additional $1300 he was going to put the loan through in my name. Unbeknownst to me my wife had cash with her from the bank for bills She told Jerry Roberts here is the money, she said he was shocked. He Left the room with the money. After another 20 or so minutes he returned with a receipt for the money. Knowing my son is a teacher, he stated he was going to teach him a lesson. My wife stated yes, to never take anybody at their word and to see how dealers scam people. Jerry Roberts stated we were the ones trying to scam them. How insulting, all we wanted to do was get my son the latest addition to our Chevy lineup. While leaving, Jerry Roberts Made an obscene gesture to my 15 year old daughter I returned the gesture. By the way at the same time we were there a female customer was also there yelling at the salesman "Don't pull that crap on me and also other profanities.So I'm sure they have done this to other customers.
