The overall way this dealership does business makes me want to come back the next time I shop for vehicles. I was in the dealership for a few hours because I had to get several forms from my employer, my want to come back the next time I shop for vehicles. During that time I never heard any high pressure tactics, there were no heated conversations from unhappy customers. The staff was professional. Kevin Leon was a huge help. He makes sales look easy even though I know it’s not. The finance guy was competent and did not put high pressure on additional sales. The paperwork was accurate. I never felt like I was engaging in verbal pugilism with a business that was trying to take advantage of me. It’s been two days since the sale. I’ve looked over all the paperwork after the fact. My wife’s EV’s dash displays shut down and reset while she was driving. She immediately brought it in feeling it was unsafe to drive.
