Webb Chevy Plainfield

I had a 5 o’clock appointment for an oil change, at 6:20 they came out and said they were not able to do my oil change because they did not have the key for my oil filter. What is the purpose of having an appointment if over an hour and a half later, you are being told they cannot complete your service. I was asked to leave my vehicle overnight and they would do the oil change the next morning. I took my husband‘s car to work and a shuttle came to pick him up to come and get my vehicle. The cashier was unorganized and my husband went on a wild goose chase to find a technician to look for my keys and my vehicle. Poor service! We were not even compensated for our time spent there. We never met Adam, we dealt with Jim and Luis. Both were professional. However, we would not recommend Webb Chevy in Plainfield. Several times we found errors in the numbers: 1) taxes were added t Both were professional. However, we would not recommend Webb Chevy in Plainfield. Several times we found errors in the numbers: 1) taxes were added twice on a fee, 2) another fee was added in twice, 3) the contract we were to sign had the total of payments incorrect (more than it should've been). We would tell anyone going to Webb Chevy to watch the numbers and check their math as Webb Chevy tries to take advantage of the customer by fudging the numbers. More
