The 2021 Trailblazer purchase was actually my second visit to Webb Chevy Plainfield in less than 8 days. I was at Webb Chevy last week with my sister to buy an 2024 Equinox. So when our 2006 trailblazer visit to Webb Chevy Plainfield in less than 8 days. I was at Webb Chevy last week with my sister to buy an 2024 Equinox. So when our 2006 trailblazer died unexpectedly last week, I knew we had to go back and see Will and Adam. The experience was so seamless and stress free for both purchases. Jim Ceci was an excellent salesperson! You could tell he was a seasoned salesman with a lot of knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles and a pleasant demeanor to work with. My only negative comment is that the finance department needs to discontinue the use of presenting the paperwork on an IPad using e-signature. It is nearly impossible for a customer to accurately review paperwork that he is signing.Especially difficult for seniors. More
