Great Service I went for a service and while there also had 3 recalls fixed. I asked that the cooling system be checked and they found that I had leaks and recommen I went for a service and while there also had 3 recalls fixed. I asked that the cooling system be checked and they found that I had leaks and recommended that the radiator be replaced. We scheduled a followup appointment to perform this replacement. Before replacing the radiator the service tech did a pressure check and discovered that it was actually the water pump and thermostat that was leaking, not the radiator. They called to advise me of this instead of just replacing the radiator as well. I really appreciated this honesty. Chris also went the extra mile to stay in touch and keep me informed. More

Oil change ecodiesel Took my ecodiesel in for oil change and tire rotation. Service rep stated there were 2 open recalls and they could complete them now. Tires were rotated and recalls performed but could not do oil change because they didn’t have the filter. Explained that the filter was part of initial inventory that had not arrived yet, but would be available on Tuesday. I am not upset as they just opened. Went in Tuesday and service was completed promptly. Overall very pleased with service. More
