Excellent From the moment we drove up on the lot we were treated with respect. Everyone was friendly and happy. While waiting to be seen by the loan department we were made comfortable and given refreshments. It was not the experience we expected. We expected to be "pressured" and uncomfortable. Thank God it WAS NOTHING like we expected. Thomas McDonald was the salesperson we had. He was awesome. He made sure we knew about every detail of the vehicle.
