Didn't seem to appreciate my business I entered the service dept and was not acknowledged by the employee ( a lady) for some time. When she did it was almost non verbal. New 2019 Jeep kept 4 days and never fixed. While purchased at another dealership (Before Waynesboro Jeep had opened) we had hoped that our hometown Jeep could become our service dealership. Forward facing camera/lane assist had service indicator. Waynesboro kept the vehicle for four days without once calling us with updates. Finally picked it up as it was drivable and my wife needed her vehicle. Shortly after we took to dealership of purchase and while they did keep it overnight they called with updates and fixed on second day. Two additional items concerned me. Service manager mentioned they did not like to call in the Thompson service dept for ideas/help. Thought that would have been a plus to getting a new service dept up and running with greater customer satisfaction. Second was when my wife was finally called a week later asking if they could close the service request as Chrysler was on them to complete service. More
Wrong info on invoice. Good people. Went to pay and noticed price was lower than usual. Pointed it out, checkout insisted it was right, paid. Got my prior receipts out glove Good people. I talked with mechanic that did work, he did the right work. Checkout called billing and it was the billing Depot that made the screw up. I got the correct paperwork and they lost around $40.00. That was the difference in what I paid them and the correct paperwork. More

They don’t check anything When I brought my wife’s car in for the first oil change they said the would do an inspection of the car when it was brought in the low tire pressure When I brought my wife’s car in for the first oil change they said the would do an inspection of the car when it was brought in the low tire pressure light was on and when I left it was still on so who knows if they actually check anything g at all also my wife called them to set up an appointment all they said in a manner like we were disturbing them I will be going to a different deal to get my services done it was such an unpleasant experience that I probably won’t be buying my next vehicle from them either as I was jerked around with the paperwork process also More
