Professional and Couteous Customer Service MY PROBLEM: "Battery Saver Mode" dash light display comes on at 4:30 PM in my 2012 Dodge Charger. What is "Battery Saver Mode?" I was not sure but I n MY PROBLEM: "Battery Saver Mode" dash light display comes on at 4:30 PM in my 2012 Dodge Charger. What is "Battery Saver Mode?" I was not sure but I needed to use the car the next day and was anxious about this display light. So......... I called Waynesboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and the receptionist (a lady) attempted to connect me to the Service Dept. When no one picked up the phone the receptionist picked up and asked me if I would like to leave a message. I explained my problem to her and she said "Drive it up and we'll take a look at it." I did just that and arrived at 5PM. The service personnel were professional and courteous. I explained my problem and they responded by taking my car into the service bay, service tech analyzed the display light and checked it out. The car's battery was getting low and I would soon need to replace it. Battery was original battery (7 years). I asked to have it replaced if they had one in stock. They had one in stock and replaced the old with the new. PROBLEM SOLVED!!! I had no appointment! Just showed up with a problem! The service personnel treated me with courtesy and were very professional dealing with me. I've had appointments else were where I had to wait past my appointment time to get something done and not treated with the courtesy like I was at the Waynesboro CDJR dealership from the initial call to the receptionist to all the service personnel. I highly recommend the Waynesboro CDJR dealership to all. My 2012 Charger will be brought to no other dealership than Waynesboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in the future. More
