Once we settled on a great price, John Wall actually drove the Jeep to us and met us close to our house. He allowed us to test drive it before making a final decision. We signed all the paperwork at our meeting place. Once we got home, I realized there was a small crack in the windshield. I notified John, and this dealership called a company by our home and had it taken care of for us with no charge to our family. I truly could not ask for better service.
