OK experience, but nothing really special. Salesman was professional, honest, and polite but would not negotiate (his price or NO rice). We were referred by a friend to visit Wayne Subaru and we can see why. John Greenwald provided us excellent service and never made us feel that we were pressured into buying, but guided us into our choice wi can see why. We bought a 2018 Certified Pre-owned Forrester and we could not of been happier with the choice. If you feel like you need to come here to haggle, don't waste your time. They are aggressively priced and will compete with many Subaru dealers in the area. If your are in the market for New or Used stop "buy", you won't be disappointed. More
