Jerry in service helped me by removing my kayak carrier off the 2019 Forester and sales put the kayak carrier on the 2024 Outback. I am grateful for the help and attention they all gave me in the transition of the vehicles. Ken, Sean Anthony in sales did an excellent job. Sean helped me to set up the remote start.
