Two days ago, we bought our second Subaru from Wayne Subaru. Our first purchase was very nice and pleasurable since my daughter decided to purchase an extended warranty. Unfortunately, the warranty tu Subaru. Our first purchase was very nice and pleasurable since my daughter decided to purchase an extended warranty. Unfortunately, the warranty turned out to be a huge disappointment and because of this, my son decided not to purchase an extended warranty. Mr. Fried became very rude and unprofessional when he heard that we were not going to purchase any extended warranty. His attitude was very negative, and his comments were inappropriate. I guess we have the right to have our own opinion and we as customers decide about our purchases. Mr. Fried made me very uncomfortable during this process. He referred to my person as “she”, stating for example to my son “you sign here, and she signs there” even though I was sitting in front of him. When my son and I were going to sign the last document, Mr. Fried asked us if there was anything he could do to change our decision. When my son stated “no, thank you, we are okay”, Mr. Fried’s response was, “it is a shame”. I do not understand why it was a shame if at the very beginning of our meeting, he said that it was ours, meaning customers’, decision to purchase an extended warranty or not. I believe that every customer deserves respect, especially if he/she spends thousands of dollars. I also understand that Mr. Fried might lose his commission, but no matter what, he is supposed to stay professional and respectful to his customers. More
Nick was an absolute pleasure to work with, he helped me choose a Subaru Forrester based on my needs and my price point, he did not pressure me at all to choose an expensive vehicle. He heard my specifications I wanted in a vehicle, and went out of his way to get the best deal for me, and explained to me all my options before I chose. I did not feel pressured at all, and I felt like he was helping a family member. I can tell that he genuinely cares about his clients, and always remembered the specifications I wanted in a vehicle since I was moving to the Midwest and wanted a reliable Subaru to drive. He explained all my options, features of the vehicles, and answered all my questions. He was always available for me to ask him any questions via email or phone, and even checked up on me multiple times after my purchase and made my move to the Midwest to see how my Subaru was faring. I could not have a better experience, I truly feel cared for and heard by working with Nick throughout my car purchasing experience. I reccomend him 10 times over, and will be back in a few years to buy a Subaru for my mom. Thank you so so much Nick!!! More
