I had my mind on a Subaru for a while, after work I went into Wayne Subaru. I was greeted immediately by Matthew Lutz, Sales Consultant; we had a conversation about car in showroom. I went on test drive on three vehicles. I decided on Premium Crossteck. Matthew Lutz is an asset to Subaru. I appreciate all of his assistance, care, and made me feel at ease and when I picked up my Premium Crossteck I was so excited and so happy. It was a wonderful experience. Michael Willey was very professional. He called me for credit verification and to make sure all went smoothly when I picked up my car. We have bought other new vehicles and we were expecting some nice incentives, which we did not receive such as a courtesy oil change for the first change or we even got a year from another dealership.
