His co-worker was also reasonable when it came to rating my potential trade-in vehicle. I ultimately chose a different brand vehicle, but only because the other vehicle had more of the options I wanted and seemed to "fit" me better for what I was looking for. However I wished Charles had been my salesman for the brand I ultimately purchased as I would have known I was getting a fair deal with no drama or double-talk. Excellent experience at Wayne Subaru I went to purchase a Subaru because of their excellent reputation. My salesperson, Ed, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I test drove the Impreza and the new Crosstrex and decided on the Crosstrex. When the car came in, Ed went over everything very patiently. He set up my radio stations as I asked him to, went over the whole car with my husband and myself. I've sent Ed two emails with questions, and he replied very quickly with the information that I was needing. Ed is a great representation for Wayne Subaru. When I did the financing, Mr. Lombardo was wonderful, explained every single piece of paper that needed to be signed. I've had this Crosstrex for one month now and absolutely love it!
