When we arrived the car was ready and out front waiting for us to see. Steve walked u through the process and everything went smooth. For example, I am very short and he immediately knew how to adjust the seat so I could see better. This was my first leasing experience and Don also explained the leasing process very well. I called on a Friday night just before the end of the day, and asked Jim a dozen questions, which he answered patiently and knowledgeably. I then asked him to beat the price I'd gotten for the same type of car at another dealership, and-after a brief hold-he did! They took care of everything for us, and now we have exactly the car we hoped at a great price. Jim made sure we had all our questions answered and that we felt good about our purchase. Ed was also very helpful, taking us through all the technology on the car. He sat in the car with us until we understood all the gadgets that were new to us. Helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Jim, Ed and Wayne Subaru. More

Full disclosure, I did the same with several other dealers. Charlie shined in the fact that he made the greatest effort to track the vehicle in transit to provide detailed info as to when the vehicle would arrive. Had I not found it in stock elsewhere (and needed it that day) Charlie would have definitely earned my business. He followed up even after learning that I had bought it already. This is quite rare of sales teams, post sale, when you bought elsewhere. I would highly recommend Charlie to anybody that is shopping cars as he proves to hold high regard for the customer.
