Every car buying experience we have had with this dealership has been a positive one. Our salesman, Charlie Wilson, was very helpful to us in choosing our options for the car. He walked us through the whole buying process, the test ride, the finding of the exact Forester we wanted, and the final purchase with complete professionalism. The finance guy, David, was equally helpful when we picked up the car. Never once did we feel pressured. This is why we returned a third time to Wayne Subaru. We would like to thank Vinnie for explaining all the bells and whistles of the new car. He was very thorough and helpful. We would also like to give a big shout out to Michael and Roy in the service department who made sure our 2010 Subaru Forester was in perfect running order before we turned it over to our daughter and her family. I read great reviews about Wayne Subaru, so I went out of my way to check it out. I was not disappointed. Vincent Calabresse was great, a true gentleman. He offered me a coffee and waited for me to finish it before we went to check out the car and go for a test drive. He took the time to explain to me all the features of the car (Forester), he even open the hood to show me the mechanics of the car. I was going to ask for this, so I was pleasantly surprised that he did it before I asked. The prices are great, lower than other dealers I have checked out. Also I could overhear other conversations around me, so I noticed the calm demeanor and knowledge of the salesmen. More

If you don't believe me about a car buying experience being wonderful, then you've been dealing with the typical sleazy highway dealers and "auto malls". My wife and I have been back to see Nick 5 times for 5 subarus through the years with the most recent taking delivery today. I'll also take credit for my Mom's car. So that's 6 Subarus I've been a party to at Wayne Subaru with Nick. I waltzed in there without an appointment over the weekend, Waited a few minutes for Nick to free up, and then reached a deal in under an hour. No hassle, no pain, no sales tricks. I actually feel guilty- I feel like I'm stealing this Forester. Nick- I hope you don't get in trouble for giving this car away!! More
