Both Very pleasant, curteous and professional. (Charlie even went through tue hassle to do his best on. Tradein for 2 vehicles and spent a lot of time on by behalf) The handoff to the business office as well as the tutorial of my new 2017 Outback Touring model was really painless and seamless. I will definitely be back to this dealership for a crosstrek for my kid very soon. You will not be disappointed. They also beat every subura dealer in 3 counties on price also. I cant think of any reason to go anywhere else. More
