I checked out a number of dealerships in Jersey and the tri-state area. I feel relieved and confident after settling on Wayne Subaru. Relaxed, straight-forward, clean, thoughtful and attentive. Steve actually talked me out of several accessories I was considering, explaining carefully that for the concerns I had, the accessories weren't necessary. I really appreciated that!! Moreover, when we negotiated, it was polite and easy. I never felt rushed or pressured. He got right back to me via email and phone and is thorough and responsive. I also liked purchasing in a small shop versus a chain; I felt the company ethos more immediately. The entire process made me feel good about the dealership I chose as well as the car itself. I hadn't initially planned to stay in touch with a dealership after I bought a car because there are others closer to me but after this experience, I intend to go to Wayne for service and other cars for my family. I didn't trust the dealerships closer to me. More

Excellent all-around experience We first visited Wayne Subaru to inquire about vehicles as we were researching small SUVs/Crossovers for our soon to be 17 year old daughter. We were upfront with the salesman, Steve Durkin, letting him know we weren't ready to purchase that day. He still took the time to let us test drive several models. Steve, a former mechanic is thoroughly knowledgeable in the Subaru product lines. A few weeks later we were ready to purchase. We didn't have to haggle over price. Price was comparable to what Consumer Reports said you should pay. Steve assisted us in selecting the best features for a new driver and a few for the parents. We purchased the 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. The day our vehicle was ready for pick up was inconvenient for us. They rearranged their schedule to include us in the day that was best for us. We have had our vehicle for one month now and are extremely happy with it. We are currently working with service on the Apple Car Play. I would definitely recommend Wayne Subaru and Steve Durkin if you are interested in purchasing a Subaru. More

Every car buying experience we have had with this dealership has been a positive one. Our salesman, Charlie Wilson, was very helpful to us in choosing our options for the car. He walked us through the whole buying process, the test ride, the finding of the exact Forester we wanted, and the final purchase with complete professionalism. The finance guy, David, was equally helpful when we picked up the car. Never once did we feel pressured. This is why we returned a third time to Wayne Subaru. We would like to thank Vinnie for explaining all the bells and whistles of the new car. He was very thorough and helpful.
