After researching various car brands, I knew Subaru was the choice for me. I first went to one of the really "big name" dealers in the area that sells just about every brand car you can think of... but I wasn't comfortable enough with my experience in their dealership to go with them. I kept looking around and Wayne Subaru came up in my search... the reviews online were really good and so I went to check it out for myself. It's a smaller, family owned place and right away, was a refreshing change of pace from all the other big dealerships that operate like some kind of corporate machine. Wayne Subaru is a friendly, down-to-earth, honest and no-pressure atmosphere. The car buying process was easy and also very streamlined. Other dealerships will make you sit for hours and sign your life away on paperwork and then just send you off without knowing anything about your car. At Wayne Subaru, most of the paperwork was handled ahead of time and Nick spent so much time with me in my new car explaining every single button and feature about the car. I've never had any car dealership spend that much time with me going over everything and I greatly appreciated it. You can tell they love the product they sell and want the customer to appreciate these great cars as well. My salesperson Jim was also really great and spent a lot of time with me as well test driving and helping me find the car I wanted.... not to mention the great deal they gave me! I thank everyone on the team and hope to be part of the Subaru family for many years to come. More
