We took a test drive and I fell in love with the comfortable ride and terrific features offered. Since it had been 14 years since I bought my last Subaru I felt like a kid in a candy store.learning all about the modern additions to a Subaru vehicle. The dealership is very welcoming and I knew I was in the right place when Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong were singing a duet on the stereo system. It felt like my parents were surrounding me from heaven. When "New York, New York" came on I thought of my sister who danced with the Rockettes and who joins them in heaven and I knew I was in the RIGHT PLACE. My family was giving me the green light on the purchase of my Crosstrek. Sometimes the "signs" help when you're making such an important decision. I highly recommend your visiting Wayne Subaru and treating yourself to a very positive car buying experience. And, by the way, Ken makes delicious hot chocolate. Thanks to David Fried who walked me through the purchase and to Nick Gigantes who introduced me to the Crosstrek's features. More

They found us a very similar ( a bit better w/ more options) car for the same price. There was definitely NO pressure, we test drove a few cars and left without the hard sales pitch you usually get before they let you get out. We left to shop around and think about it, they never harassed us to come back. We wound up going back bc after shopping around it really was a great deal. "Cousin" Vinny and Nick were both extremely helpful. They showed us what every button in the car did before we left and even helped sync our phone to the car ! After we had already made the purchase, which says a lot. More

Wayne Subaru accommodated all of my concerns and worked with me step by step. My salesman was Vincent Calabrese, he was very helpful and worked with me despite the dealership being very busy with other customers. He gave me the time I needed to ask questions and provided me with answers and more info to help ease my buying experience. Wayne Subaru worked with me to make a deal and Vincent assisted me through that process. I ended up walking out on my first visit, but came back later for another visit and we were able to come to an agreement. More

From the first phone call, through the sales process, financing and finally the delivery of the car, the entire team was AMAZING! Charlie Wilson was my salesman, and he really listened to what I needed in the car, and delivered. David, the finance manager was professional and easy to work with. And just when I thought the service couldn't get any better, here comes Nick -- who spent more than an hour explaining all the details of the car, and answering every one of my questions. I found out things I never knew about my older Subaru as well! Subaru makes an truly awesome car!! And Wayne Subaru truly delivers a great overall experience... More
