I appreciated given the opportunity to test drive a car, think about it without high pressure sales, and go through the paperwork process when I was ready, and Vincent C made the process seamless. Picking up the car and going through purchase and finance paperwork was a breeze (Thank you David), and finally, before driving away, having Nick go through the ins and outs of the car with me helped get me on the road feeling confident in my operation of my new car! Nick was awesome with our "lesson", getting us familiar with all the amazing technology. David made everything very understandable in finance with his easy going, pleasant demeanor and willingness to make sure we were clear on all the money matters. And Mark, the manager, oversaw everything from start to finish, making sure we had the most pleasant experience and got the car exactly as we wanted. We couldn't ask for more. Unfortunately that car was a bit too small for myself & my 100Lb Lab/Great Dane mix. Back to Joan I went-LOL! I only live about 15 minutes away. I spoke with Joan via phone conversation and had explained the vehicle I was interested in. I said I'd like to come on in and check it out, and Joan said, "Great. It'll be up front and ready for you when you get here." I can't say enough about Joan as my sales contact. She has been outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like we'd been friends for years. And trust me, I'm a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. When I came in to pick up my car, Steve gave me a tour of the dealership, introduced me to the Service Department, and walked me through the Outback's features. Steve provided excellent service and made what can be a stressful process smooth and even enjoyable. I also appreciate Steve's follow up call to see how I am enjoying my new car.
