Service on my 2016 Legacy I will begin by saying that I am very impressed with Subaru automobiles. They are highly rated and great in inclement weather. However, upon purchas I will begin by saying that I am very impressed with Subaru automobiles. They are highly rated and great in inclement weather. However, upon purchasing my car, there were several areas that had not been addressed prior to purchase. It took several weeks before I could get an appointment that also provided a loaner car. Recently, I brought my car for servicing. There were several issues that needed to be repaired. After I picked up the car I realized that they were not all addressed and I had to make another appointment to drop my car off again. I don't understand why I was told that my car was ready before someone read the work order and made sure it was completed. I guess I have to make sure myself before I pick my car up from servicing in the future. In spite of this inconvenience on 2 occasions, the people in the service department are polite and I never have to wait too long to drop off or pick up my car. They provide a loaner which is very convenient. More
