Amazing follow up and service Roy has been my advisor for the past 4 years and he is just a true professional and proactive advisor. He made sure my concern was addressed, set up a loaner car for me and had my car throughly checked and fixed. Last year, when my car did not pass the oil consumption test, my motor block was replaced by Subaru at no cost. I cannot imagine any better, seasoned advisor then Roy. Also, need to praise Nick Gigantes for helping me purchase my vehicle. I would not go to any other salesman. He is intuitive, experienced and caring for the long term experience of the customer. More

A long wait I had new tires put on my car which were delivered to Subaru from TireRack. I was told to drop off my car at 9:00AM. But, my car wasn't ready until I had new tires put on my car which were delivered to Subaru from TireRack. I was told to drop off my car at 9:00AM. But, my car wasn't ready until 5:30 PM. I don't understand how the service center has expanded but it is hard to get a "waiting for" appointment and it seemed to take an awfully long time to put tires on my car and do an alignment. I was very discouraged by this. The service desk attendant, Jeff, was nice but I really was not happy with how long it took to do the tires. More
First Scheduled Maintenance was NOT awesome I made appointment for first 6k oil change. I was unfamiliar with this service center,as this was my first visit. After pulling in and driving through I made appointment for first 6k oil change. I was unfamiliar with this service center,as this was my first visit. After pulling in and driving through the service bay, I went inside and was told to move the car,and to park outside and then come in. Never before have I NOT been greeted by a service technician once I entered the bay. Usually, I would be met by the technician, and he would confirm my service and handle it from there. But not at Wayne Subaru. So, I parked outside, went back inside and waited to be called. (Only one other customer in the waiting area anyway.) Waiting area was acceptable, and the service was performed in about one hour. However, once service was completed and I paid the bill, an unwashed car was returned to me!! I have owned many,many new cars from Cadillacs, to Lexus, to Acura, Kia and others. And NEVER was an unwashed car returned to me after servicing. If this is the standard practice at Wayne Subaru, this is unacceptable. It shows a disregard for the attention paid to the vehicle and the customer's satisfaction. If this is the procedure for a customer's first service visit, when I think you would like to make a good first impression, what lies in store for me for subsequent service needs? Very dissatisfied with lack of communication and attention to detail. More
Always Courteous and Professional I have been dealing with the Wayne service center since 2011. Absolutely the Best! I recommend Wayne Subaru and Sean Donnelly to all of my friends and family. At first I went to Ramsey Subaru which was closer to where I live; however I recommend Wayne Subaru and Sean Donnelly to all of my friends and family. At first I went to Ramsey Subaru which was closer to where I live; however, after a horrible experience there I decided to give Wayne Subaru a try and I'm so glad I did. I worked with Sean Donnelly who was incredibly knowledgable about all of the models and their features and truly wanted to help me to make the best decision. Sean made the entire process easy and I couldn't be happier with my Forester. I'm recommending friends and family to Sean. He was solely focused on helping me and providing the best possible experience and didn't rush the process at all. He's the best! More
Lost a loyal customer due to poor customer service I have purchased 3 cars from here and sent a lot of people their way but I will not recommend them or purchase another car here. They are very helpful until you buy the car and have a problem. Service told me I was out of warranty even though Subaru of America (SOA) said I was covered. Then they said my car (that I purchased there) was not a PZEV while I was looking at the sticker on my car. Joke is on them because SOA just paid my local mechanic to do the work. Will be purchasing another Subaru in the next 12 months but it won’t be from this place. I know SOA does not pay full rates for warranty work but you would think they would try to help me out considering my purchasing history there. I asked to speak with Bob (the owner) and they literally laughed at me and said I could not. More
