long wait time I came in just for a tire rotation for 2:30. The car was not taken until about 3. Time matters a lot to me. If an appoint is for 2:30 the car should start being worked on within 10 minutes (after check in). I was given a wait time of about an hour. Service was completed well and the rep was very polite but I realy hate when things do not go as planned on timing. More

Can't thank Sean enough for helping close the deal! Had issues at another dealer, so I took a friend's recommendation to go to Wayne subaru, and I'm glad I did. Traded up and got the best deal in the area issues at another dealer, so I took a friend's recommendation to go to Wayne subaru, and I'm glad I did. Traded up and got the best deal in the area for sure. I called asking about a car, promising to come by, and Sean had the car brought out all ready to look at by the time we got there and then on top of that had it rush detailed while we handled the paperwork so I wouldn't have to wait, getting me out the door keys in hand in what I would consider record time. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends and family. More
