Online line buying can not take the place of a face to face between the customer and the sales staff. More

Great price and service I've had a great experience with Wayne Subaru. Both Frank and Mark were very friendly and I definitely felt that they gave me options and didn't engag I've had a great experience with Wayne Subaru. Both Frank and Mark were very friendly and I definitely felt that they gave me options and didn't engage in some of the tactics that other dealers often seem to use. They proposed an absolutely fair price right off the bat and after some research online and talking to other dealers, their deal was still the best given the options offered on the car. One point many people may overlook is the document fee which is much higher in NJ generally than the $75 cap existing in NY. However, Wayne also seems to have the lowest document fee of all dealers I called (which they don't advertise but I think they should!). I really liked their no-nonsense fees approach and thought it was very fair and in fact it was the tie breaker for me as it got me a better car for a lower price, and that was only caused by the lower amount of total fees. They are very serious about social distancing, which I really appreciated. All in all a great buying experience and even though they are not the closest dealer to me, I will be going back. More
