Buying a car does not have to be painful In today's environment I did not know what to expect when shopping for a car. I was anxious and concerned. This was to be my fourth Subaru and the second purchased from Wayne. When I arrived for my appointment the door was locked and I was let in.To my relief, all personnel were wearing masks. My salesperson was Sean Donnelly who was direct, helpful and knowledgeable about the sale itself, as well as the vehicle. When I came back to pick up the car and drop off my trade-in, I needed to meet with David Fried to discuss the financials. He was professional and did not try to aggressively upsell, though he did inform me of all my options. Sean then showed me the vehicle and explained the workings without entering due to Covid regulations. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. After a few days Sean called to see if I had any additional questions regarding the car. I would not think twice about recommending this team to others. More
