Since I live out of the area of the dealership, a great deal needed to be accomplished by phone. I was in communication with other dealerships, which weren't responsive. The sales process went well and when there was an issue with my insurance documents not matching my driver's license number, the sales manager immediately handled it. I received several followup calls regarding my vehicle. I am very pleased with my experience at Wayne Subaru. More

But when meeting with the business manager, we felt extremely pre Had a great experience buying a Subaru from Wayne with the salesperson (Sean). But when meeting with the business manager, we felt extremely pressured to purchase add-ons to our warranty, with multiple requests and attempts to have us add on, we ultimately declined and the business manager replied with "That's a real shame." It was uncomfortable and upsetting. We just spent a lot of money to purchase a car! To hear the word shame and to feel he was really angry with us was uncomfortable and upsetting, really put a bad taste in our mouth. Update: since we left the review, Sean and Mark reached out to apologize for what happened. I appreciate hearing from them and have updated my review. More

Recently went in to pick our 4th Subaru lease (3rd with Wayne Subaru) We always deal with the same sales associate Steve Durkin. This time was much like the last 3... no BS, got my monthly cost to my budge Wayne Subaru) We always deal with the same sales associate Steve Durkin. This time was much like the last 3... no BS, got my monthly cost to my budget range, for the car we wanted, and got in and out fast (had an appointment). Pickup day we also dealt with Dave Fried who went over the contract etc with is and was super. I recommend Wayne Subaru highly. More
