This is my second time leasing a vehicle from Wayne Mazda. this was by far the best experience i've had purchasing a car. Robert Rago was friendly, straight foward, and completely honest. He made every Mazda. this was by far the best experience i've had purchasing a car. Robert Rago was friendly, straight foward, and completely honest. He made every effort to get me the vehicle i wanted at a great price. I left with my new CX-9 in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend Wayne Mazda again, they are 2 for 2 with getting my business. More
I first went to the dealership to look at the mazdaspeed3 and dealt with a salesperson named Arthur. He was not helpful, provided terrible customer service and was overall a total disappointment. I left an and dealt with a salesperson named Arthur. He was not helpful, provided terrible customer service and was overall a total disappointment. I left and did not purchase the vehicle. A week later I receive a phone call from Travis asking me about my experience at the dealership. He was very nice, helpful and not pushy yet at the same time was able to convince me to come back in to the dealership and purchase the car, after he was able to offer me what I found fair for my trade in. He, as well as Chris Haslan, were extremely helpful and made purchasing the vehicle a positive experience. I would recommend the dealership, and Travis, to potential car buyers. More
Mazda of Wayne was the 5th out of 6 dealerships I went to in one day. It was by far the best in all categories. Robert Rago was helpful, truthful and straight forward. I came back to Mazda and signed on the in one day. It was by far the best in all categories. Robert Rago was helpful, truthful and straight forward. I came back to Mazda and signed on the Mazda6 for a really great deal. I would reccomend Robert Rago, Chris Haslem, Mazda of Wayne and the Mazda6 to anyone looking for a car or vehicle. They had a top notch showroom and I am excited to go back for my first oil change for $1 and thank them again. More

I went to the dealership to look for a new car. I went to look at the mazda 5. They didnt have the car i was looking for, but the salesman suggested i look at the cx7, which i thought would be out of my pri look at the mazda 5. They didnt have the car i was looking for, but the salesman suggested i look at the cx7, which i thought would be out of my price range. It was a little more than i wanted to spend, but somehow they made it work. I hope their service department is as good as their sales department. More
With the check engine light on I came in for service which should have been covered under the warranty however this dealer scammed me! It started with the service adviser and moved to the manager Bob w which should have been covered under the warranty however this dealer scammed me! It started with the service adviser and moved to the manager Bob who did nothing but promises the world, but did nothing and still refused to cover the repair under the warranty on this 2 year old Mazda. Take your car anywhere also. Per Bob as I did not buy the car from this dealer so this is “not his problem” and the warrant will not cover the sensor and gasket repair. AVOID this dealer at all cost!!!! Per Mazda this is a “problem dealership for service” More
I was very disappointed with my experience at Wayne Mazda. I called this dealership to see if they could do better on a CX-9 lease price I received. The sales associate immediately bettered the price b Mazda. I called this dealership to see if they could do better on a CX-9 lease price I received. The sales associate immediately bettered the price by $10. I was thrilled at first. Then I got nervous that I didn't make sure all the terms of the deal were the same and the car and options were the same, so, I called back to make sure. She assured me they were and said the price was good for 3 days. I called back on the 2nd day to say I wanted to come in and sign for the lease we had discussed, I was put through to a different associate who confirmed to me the details of the lease were still the same and doable but she asked to call me back so she could confirm with her manager that everything was OK before my husband and I came in. She called me back a few minutes later to say it was all still good. So my husband and children drove there in rush hour to make sure that this got done as soon as possible. After arriving we were sat down with yet another sales associate, who went over all the terms we had discussed with out issue. We were at the point of picking a color, when he said he needed to check what was available and proceeded to disappear for about 15 minutes. This is when I knew something was not right. Needless to say 5 more minutes passed and the gentleman came back with a manager who informed us that this lease was not possible. I was furious. I not only checked and rechecked with these people before coming in, but now they were pulling a fast one on me. I understand very well how lease calculations work, and there was no reason for bringing me down there if they knew this couldn't happen, unless they were hoping I wouldn't care that the lease they promised me would now cost $35 more a month. That is unacceptable business. At least have the courtesy during one of my 4 conversations, especially the last one to let me know the terms of the deal had changed, so I could decide wether it was worth the time to come to the dealership. I definitely learned a lesson about getting a deal in writing and signed by a manager before coming in to any dealership, especially this one. It is unfortunate how the stereotype of car salesperson was so blatantly confirmed for me today, I was really hoping for better. Consumer beware and be prepared before dealing with Wayne Mazda. More

I am changing my review for Wayne Mazda which I thought is a very good dealership. They are the same as others cheating people. When I bought my used car from them back in 2010, there were no accidents on is a very good dealership. They are the same as others cheating people. When I bought my used car from them back in 2010, there were no accidents on the carfax report that they showed me and now there is one there before I bought the car. so basically they sold me a car which had accidents on it showing me a report that does not state any. "Recently bought a used CX9. Liked the car so paid $700 more than what I was looking for. I was buying cash so they wouldnt bargain much on the car since there was no financing involved. The few problems that I had was with the dealership were CONS: 1. After agreeing to pay for their price, he still tried to force me to get financing from them which I didnt agree upon. 2. He did not put the lean holder information on the DMV paperwork and I had to pay additional fee to my bank for getting it done. they do not return your calls once you are done with them.. 3.They have outrageous documentation fee of $399.. by far I had paid $150 max 4.They force you to get vin etching and tell you that its required by Mazda. 5.Wait times are very long. 1. BAD Pricing (apart from documentation fee and vin etching) 2. Do not trust their carfax reports or anything.. Get one yourself Now if you are ready to shell out another 600-700 after agreeing on the price of the car.. Its great if you can get out of the vin etching thing coz its crap.. not required by any law." Hope this helps . More
