My husband and I walked in with our daughter who just turned 17. She wanted to lease a Mazda 3. We actually new the employee, but I didn't know he worked there. I had been to about 6 different dealerships trying to purchase a car and wanted to kick every sales person I met square in the face. Every place I went no one listened to me, they just did their pitch, purchase a car and wanted to kick every sales person I met square in the face. Every place I went no one listened to me, they just did their pitch, and I literally left crying from one of the places because of the mere frustrations that comes along with purchasing a new car but more so because NO ONE WOULD LISTEN TO ME. Then I stopped into Mazda and met my sales person Rob Rago. He sat down with me, I told him my frustrations and what I was looking for in a car and as far as pricing goes. He literally didn't say a word, listened to everything I had to say, and then said "let me see what I can do." We talked about my figures and if it were possible and a week later I am now driving in my 2010 new Mazda 6. He was friendly, accommodating, and extremely diligent. He saved all of the "BS" and just got to the point, which is what I was looking for all along. He is a really sweet man who is upfront and isn't trying to "Make a sale." I would absolutely recommend Wayne Mazda due to the comfortable atmosphere, and specifically Rob due to his upfront, and kind nature.
