Salesperson Ron Wood did not know anything about the car we were interested in. We knew more about it than he did. We were there for more than 5 hours the first night, only to leave after 11 pm with the car we were interested in. We knew more about it than he did. We were there for more than 5 hours the first night, only to leave after 11 pm with the car. Ron and the finance person knew what we put as a down payment, and what our monthly payment was to be. We signed a few papers with those numbers. Ron said he would call us in a few days to get the rest of the papers done. After 1 week, and I had to call them, the papers were ready for us to sign. We set up a time with Ron and the finance department. When we arrived, they told us to have a seat. We waited about 45 minutes, before they brought us to talk to finance. The woman helping us told us the payment went up, just a little, from what we originally agreed. She told us it wouldnt be a problem tho. After more waiting, we were brought into the womans office. We asked her what the monthly payment was going to be a she just kept saying, "just a little more than what you wanted. but dont worry, it will be fine." When she finally did tell us what it was, we were pretty mad. It was more than 20 dollars than what we agreed (not to mention, that we agreed to pay more than 60 dollars a month from my trade in car). So 20 bucks is more than we wanted. After arguing with her, she brought in Chris from finance. He tried to tell us that he couldnt get us approved for the lower payment. After fighting with him, we were ready to leave without the new car. We told him that this was disrespectful for waiting a FULL week, before ANYONE from the dealer couldnt call us just to let us know what was going on with the finance department. We felt we were being pushed into something we didnt want. Now, we had the car, and entire week, before we signed the rest of the paperwork, at a different price. We finally left, after about 4 more hours, with the car, and a monthly payment we could afford. We were upset that no one could give us a call, just to let us know, instead of us being blindsided when we got there. Not to mention, a huge waste of our time sitting there waiting, both times. Lastly, about 3 days before my temp plates were to expire, I called to find out when my new plates would be in. The girl answering the phone said they had been in. Another time they didnt care to call us. More

On 7/13/11, I had scheduled an appointment for service at 9:20am for 7/14/11 for a check engine, coolant and TPMS lights. On the phone, I was told that it would take 10 minutes or so to hook the car to the 9:20am for 7/14/11 for a check engine, coolant and TPMS lights. On the phone, I was told that it would take 10 minutes or so to hook the car to the computer and get a quick rundown of codes, but that the total service time would depend on what was wrong. When I brought my car in the next day (which had been purchased from Wayne Mazda), I was told it would take up to 3 hours to even hook it to the computer. I expressed my dissatisfaction and spoke to the service director, who told me that they had 50 cars in front of mine and they would get me in when they could. I explained that with an appointment, I should not have to wait, but he then proceeded to tell me the person who took my appointment the day prior had been fired as she was booking too many appointments. He asked if I wanted to bring the car to another dealership, but I told him that I was concerned of driving the car without knowing what was wrong. He stated he could try to fit me in on a later date, but I informed him that this was the only day I had available for 2 weeks, to which he replied "I wouldn't recommend driving it for that long". I was resolved to have to wait, but chose to express my issues with the general manager. When I tried to get the GM, I was told he wasn't in the building and was unreachable, but that a sales manager, who had no authority over service would try to help. The sales manager went to speak to service, and instead of coming back to me, walked away to sit in his office. At this point, the service director came into the showroom, and from 30 feet away started saying how he had already told me there was nothing he could do. I again stated, very politely, that I didn't have an issue with him, or anyone else I dealt with that day, but wanted to speak to the GM to let him know of the issues. The service director began to raise his voice to me, unprovoked, now yelling that there was nothing he could do. When I suggested a loaner or rental, he said it isn't an option and continued to yell at me. I then raised my voice stating that I had every right to speak to the GM and would do so. At that moment, the service director stated he would not service my vehicle and that he was pulling it out of the shop. I went on to say how I drive my 21 month old daughter in the car at times, and how could he not service my car and risk mine or my daughter's safety. He replied "I don't care, I'm not servicing your vehicle." At this point the sales manager came back over and told me to lower my voice. When I said that the service director began the yelling and I wouldn't be treated that way, the sales manager threatened to call the police. In the end, I left and went to Open Road Mazda in Morristown NJ. They quickly brought my car in, and within an hour (without an appointment) had my car diagnosed and repaired it that day. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a Mazda chose any other dealer then Wayne Mazda, as they do not care about their customers and would rather risk putting someone in potential harm's way rather then allow them to speak to a superior. More
My husband and I just purchased a new 2011 Cx-7 today and what a pleasure it was to buy from Wayne Mazda! Since we were there mid day we had our 16 month old daughter with us and I couldn't have asked for a better bunch of guys! They played with her, let her try out the showroom cars, delt with her making a mess, and Rob even let her "organize" his desks office supplys! The process of trading in and buying another car was flawless, without an ounce of pressure! Even with our less then perfect credit they worked with us until we felt comfortable to make a deal! I would highly reccomend Wayne Mazda and be sure to ask for Manny, you won't be disappointed!! More

This was the worst dealership ever! I bought a precertified 2007 cx7 1 year later the turbo blew. They wanted nothing to do with it 3 weeks at thier service and I had to rent a car. Finally told me the turbo was gone not under warrenty even know I bought extra warrenty for the turbo. I picked up the car drove it to Honda 23 in less than 10 mins down the road and traded it in I lost a tun of money but I'm not driving that piece of **** anymore. IF YOU WANT PIECE OF MIND DON'T BUY AT MAZDA 23 THEY ARE SCUM!! Now I'm trying to get the money left of the warrenty back wish me luck. Patty More
