Talk about high pressure. This dealership used every tactic to pressure me into buying an extended warranty. The finance person even went so far as to say that the bank interest rate would go up a poin tactic to pressure me into buying an extended warranty. The finance person even went so far as to say that the bank interest rate would go up a point if we did not buy an extended warranty. He also used the pressure tactic of saying the bank requires an extended warranty. If you deal with this dealership you need to know your rights as a consumer. They will try every angle to pressure you into higher interest rates and an extended warranty, driving up their profits on the sale. Now lets get to our charming salesmen Stephen Zagoric. When we came to pick up the car the first thing he said is you car cost me $36. Now was that supposed to make me feel bad? Then I asked him to show the car to my husband who was not at the original purchase and he pretty much tossed him the keys and took no interest. I would NEVER recommend this dealership. They are rude and high pressure and not truthful and their sales tactics. More
My husband & I were considering leasing 1 of 3 car brands. Wayne Mazda was our 1st stop, and our last. Our decision to purchase from Wayne Mazda was due to the diligence of Mark Harding, our Sales Consultant. Being on a limited budget, Mark offered us several leasing scenarios. We were specific about what we needed in our car and Mark "heard" us. He goal was to fit us in the best/safest car possible, while staying within budget. Mark is not a "pushy salesman". Mark is a professional Consultant who cares about his customers' needs. Wayne Mazda is fortunate to have Mark as part of their team. Our only disappoint was the leasing pricing offered for the Mazda CX7. We understand the reasoning; however, were still disappointed. That being said, we are 100% plus satisfied with our Mazda 6. The only minor suggestion would be to ask the manufacturer to make the interior seating materials the same great quality as the overall car. It would be nice if the seats were more cushy, with more substance in the seat filling. We will most definitely recommend Mark Harding at Wayne Mazda. More

At first, I wasn’t planning on using Wayne Mazda to get my new car. Five years ago I was car shopping and didn’t have the friendliest experience. But after requesting a quote online, Elizabeth contacted me my new car. Five years ago I was car shopping and didn’t have the friendliest experience. But after requesting a quote online, Elizabeth contacted me and changed my mind. Not only was she friendly, but she went above and beyond to answer all my questions, and contacted me multiple times as she found out more information. You see… I wanted the 2012 Mazda3i 5-door Grand Touring WITH the tech package, but no one seemed to have one. And no one knew when they’d get one. As soon as a Mazda3i came in (even though it wasn’t the exact model I wanted) I was invited in for a test drive so I could see what this SkyActiv 40mpg engine was all about. I was greeted with a smile by Manny (Manuel) Navarro and he took me for a test drive. Manny is great. He showed me a few cars (since I wanted both the SkyActiv, the Grand Touring, and the tech package) we had to look at a couple different cars so I could put together all the pieces. The only problem was, this car was hard to find, if it was to be found at all! Manny assured me that he would look far and wide and track one down as soon as he could. Doing my own online inventory searches, I wasn’t too optimistic. When I got home I called Mazda directly. They said, “Oh, well, we’ve given each dealer one Mazda3i so they can give people test drives, but we won’t be rolling them out of the factory for a few months.” Ug! I then got a call from Manny. He said he was hoping to do a dealer trade with a dealer in Maryland or Virginia and he’d let me know. I was hesitantly hopeful. Five days after my initial visit to Wayne Mazda – FIVE DAYS – Manny called me to tell me that he did the impossible: He got my car! They were scheduled to flatbed my new car from MD to NJ. Unbelievable. Again, I did my own online inventory search and within a 500 mile radius, that was the ONLY car that met my specifications. And he got it. Fast. So, in spite of a freak snowstorm (10/31/11), no power, downed trees… Manny came through and got my car prepped and ready for me to pick up. All that, and I got a really good deal. This is the 5th new car I’ve bought, and has been without a doubt the best experience. I will be looking to contact Manny and Wayne Mazda again in a couple years when my wife is ready for her new car. If I could give more than 5 stars I would (and that means a lot since I am generally the first to complain about something). So, if you’re looking for a new car, call Manny. You won’t be disappointed! More
Dealing with Mark Harding was an absolute pleasure, he was very professional and gave us a killer deal. We were in a situation where we had to upgrade from our CX-7 to a CX-9 because our family size is i was very professional and gave us a killer deal. We were in a situation where we had to upgrade from our CX-7 to a CX-9 because our family size is increasing and we need the additional seating and space. He got us into the vehicle we needed, plus many options we never expected for our price point, for less than $10 more than we were paying for our minimally equipped CX-7. My wife and I did our homework and shopped this deal around and nobody else could come close. This is our third buying experience from Wayne Mazda and Mark made it the absolute best! I leased a car for 3 years and it has been to service multiple time. First I brought it in for a recall. They had me sit in the waiting area for 2 hours with two little kids. I asked them when my car was multiple time. First I brought it in for a recall. They had me sit in the waiting area for 2 hours with two little kids. I asked them when my car was gonna be ready. They said the part has not been delivered yet. So in the end i ended up leaving because i couldnt wait there for several more hours with two little kids. They shouldve told me right away that my part wasnt there. Then I came back the next day. Mind you its 45min from my house and gas is not cheap. And miles....I have a lease. Helllloooooo. So i came back the next day and they gave me a loner car for the trouble. After my car was fixed i left. Several days later i realized that my passenger window was not working. Well, the recall was on my passenger door so they disconnected something to work my window in the process of doing the recall work. So once gain gotta go back because of their error. So more miles and more gas. So next i drop my car off to fix the window. They gave me a free detail because of the initial trouble i had with the delearship. so i came back the next day to pick it up. My mother in law came with me because we obviously had 2 cars. She was driving this car. When we go to leave, all of the dash board warning lights came on. So once again we bring it into service. The manager said "this is why i dont like when they wash the engine because the computer can get wet". "all we have to do is reset the computer and then it just has to dry out". So they reset the computer and we leave. Half way home all of the warning lights came back on. Then sitting in traffic the breaks stop working and my mother in law rolls into the car in front of her. In the end the other car had 275 dollars worth of damage. I then called them and they had the car towed back to the shop. Of course they cant find a reason why this couldve happened. We are now trying to get then to pay for the damage for the other car. My car had no damage. Every time i go there something is a problem. The car was fine before they detailed it. So what did they do to it???? This place sucks. If you read this pleaseeeeeee doooo NOT buy a car from them. I promise you it will be nothing but problems. More
