Price is very good based upon value of what you get. I came in to test drive a CX-5 and ended up buying one. I did not need a new car but the trade in offer on my Santa Fe made it hard not accept. This was my 5th purchase from this dealership in 7 years and I have to say this time was the best experience I've had since I became a Mazda owner. I received a letter from the dealership regarding trading and I have to say this time was the best experience I've had since I became a Mazda owner. I received a letter from the dealership regarding trading in my 2010 Mazda 3 Hatchback, and while I wasn't unhappy with my car, I thought it was worth stopping in especially with the new SkyActiv vehicles available. Chris and I sat down and I explained to him that I was interested in looking at the CX-5, but that I would also be interested in simply upgrading to the new 2012 Mazda3. Chris took the time to show me the in's and out's of the new CX-5, I had previously owned a Tribute and was interested in what changes had been made with this new crossover. After a thorough going over of the vehicle and test drive we sat down to crunch numbers. Normally this is when everyone starts to get a headache, but I have to say that this is where Chris did a great job and earned my respect and recommendations. After going over some numbers we came to the conclusion that the CX-5 was just outside of my price range. Normally, most dealers will push you and push you to make the sale, but Chris didn't do that. He respected my wallet and we started to discuss the possibility of the 2012 Mazda3. Chris went over the specs on the new engines for me and went out of his way to try to find just the right vehicle for me. Unfortunately there were no Grand Touring editions of the 3 on the lot, but Chris and his manager were able to come back to me and offer me a great deal that put me in the new 3 at the same price that I was paying for my 2010 version. Here's where Chris stepped up and again earned my respect; I let him know that I needed to take the information home and discuss it with my wife before closing the deal. Not once did the phrase, "What can I do to put you in this vehicle today?" cross his lips. If he had, I probably would've walked out, that's car-buying kryptonite to me. Instead, he armed me with facts and information about the car to bring home so that my wife and I could make the educated decision about whether this purchase was right for us. At 10 o'clock the next morning I went back and bought the car. Chris was awesome, if you're going to go to Wayne Mazda definitely ask to speak to him, it's worth the wait if he's with another customer. More

Drove more than 2hrs on a rainy saturday and wasted my weekend with this people, as at the last minute, Robert Kawczack and John Pujols, internet manager and general manager, tried to charge me $700.00 more than agreed in e-mails and phone calls. Having been in sales over twenty years, I only have one thing to say: SHAME ON YOU, WAYNE MAZDA, YOU PERPETUATE THE STIGMA OF A CAR SALESMAN!! More
