Three years ago I was in the market for a new car. A close friend had dealt with and recommended Mark Harding at Wayne Mazda. We went there, I got a great deal, and was happier than ever! Being that he already worked with me three years before, this time was just as effective and even quicker. Mark is a friendly, knowledgeable, and very down to earth kind of guy. He made this time around a much easier experience. He was able to provide me with exactly what I was looking for and he and his coworkers were quite accommodating to my needs. I will definitely be looking forward to dealing with him again when the time comes. He comes highly recommended! More

The salesman was very helpful with answering all the questions I had about turning in my lease for a new car. I had to wait for my father and he was willing to wait as well to talk to him about the car questions I had about turning in my lease for a new car. When we told him we were just starting our search there was no pressure other than his assurance that he would work with us once we had made a decision. The next day I received a nice email from him, again just offering any assistance we might need to make our decision. All in all it was a very nice experience, and should we decide to purchase a Mazda, we would be happy to work with Mark on making it happen. More

I could rely on Mark Harding, our salesman, to follow up on all the little questions and issue that arose with the purchase process, from beginning to end. When finally paying for the car, one little hiccup came up during the transaction, and that's where the "5" rating comes in - Wayne Mazda took care of it quickly and to my satisfaction, and Mark was right there to see it through. I appreciated the level of effort all their staff put in to ensure my experience with them would be a good one. More
