We flew in from Clevland, Ohio after finding the vehicle on AutoTrader. Mark was very helpful with working through the numbers on the car. When we called about the vehicle we asked that a walk-around be done on the car to look for any scratches, dents etc. We were told that there was only an inch scratch on the left rear passenger door. Because it was raining in New Jersey the day we picked the vehicle up we were unable to see any issues with the paint. After getting the vehicle home we found multiple scratches on the car: the left passenger door scratch almost spans the entire door (we were told it was an inch long); there are a few scratches on the top of the car; there is a long scratch on the top of the trunk of he vehicle; and there is a pretty good gauge above the driver door that is down I the metal and will need to be sanded and repainted. The other scratches will also have to be sanded and repainted since I can fit my fingernail in the scratches themselves. I am a little disappointed that these obvious flaws were not mentioned to me before flying out and purchasing the vehicle. I'm also disappointed that I didn't personally have them dry the car off and check for any issues with he paint (since it was raining that day). Besides the scratches the customer service was very friendly...maybe just do a thorough examination of the car and be very honest about any issues the vehicleay have...especially to people in my situation who can't just come down the dealership and check out the car before purchasing it. We had to rely on the honesty of the sales people looking at the car for us and unfortunately that didn't work out this time. More

The first time I stopped by the dealership and worked with Mark looking at the CX-5. He was easy to work with and explained all the options to me. I wasn't fully comfortable with the price so I went ho with Mark looking at the CX-5. He was easy to work with and explained all the options to me. Normally buying a car is a headache and aggravating because they are always trying to rip you off but not this dealership. I cannot say enough about the people at Mazda of Wayne. My daughter called the dealership and asked if they had the car that was selected on the computer. She was told yes aand my daughter told him the time we would be in to test drive the car. Although we were a little late, they had the car waiting out fromt for me to test drive. I made a decision to purchase the car. Mark explained the price of my trade in as well as the dealer price. He was concise in his report and covered all details. After talking with Mark we were taken upstairs to discuss the details necessay in order to purchae a car. Mark came to get me and I was taken to my new car. I was treated respectfully by Mark and all those who worked for WAyne Mazda. More
This is a great dealership if you are looking for a new, well priced vehicle. The customer service is great, which is very important when you're spending that much money. Walked into the dealership looking to purchase a new 6 series at the time. Mark came over being nice and wonderful asking me what I was interested in and telling me about the cars. Great so far. Then when I thought I had the car I wanted I asked to have my credit run to ensure that I got the rate that I wanted. Well Mark said in order to run your credit I need you to sign a form stating that you will purchase the car (a lot of talk around this and switching stories but in the end that's what the paper said). I refused knowing that this was the dumbest thing that I had heard. Mark then angrily called over the manager who then tried to bully me into signing the document. I refused again so eventually they just ran my credit. Afterwards I realized what I was dealing with and the credit rate wasn't the one I wanted. It wasn't far off but after their bullying it was enough for me to say forget it. Well that set off Mark and the sales manager. They started harassing me and telling me that I better purchase the car because of all the time that they "wasted" on me. Well in the end I walked out with them both yelling at me in front of all the other customers in the dealership. It was such a unpleasant experience that I felt that I needed to spend the time to warn other potential buyers. The laughable thing is at the end after I purchased a new car from another dealership Mark calls me to say that he thinks he may have a better deal for me if I come back. HA HA HA More
