The original reason for my visit was to have service done on my Mazda 3 I had purchased in 2009 from this dealer. When I walked in I saw Mark who had sold me the car and asked if he could get me into a new c on my Mazda 3 I had purchased in 2009 from this dealer. When I walked in I saw Mark who had sold me the car and asked if he could get me into a new car. He worked his magic with the finance people and got me a great deal on a 2012 Mazda 3. Any time I have been to the dealership over the past few years they are always very accomodating and professional even setting me up with a little mobile office so I could get work done while my car was being serviced. When purchasing both vehicles from Mark there was no haggling. I told him what I could afford and where my payments needed to be and he made it happen. Dealer gave the classic bait and switch. They gave me a deal on a car with the complete description and when I arrived they claimed that the quote was for another model. I had the price, model, and invent deal on a car with the complete description and when I arrived they claimed that the quote was for another model. I had the price, model, and inventory number, yet it all changed when I got there. The dealer just wants to get you in and than play dumb with the old shell game. Purchased a new Mazda CX-9 a few weeks ago. This dealership is about an hour away from my home, but my wife, my 18 mo old son and I took the trip because they were one of the two dealers that had ou dealership is about an hour away from my home, but my wife, my 18 mo old son and I took the trip because they were one of the two dealers that had our desired color and configuration in stock (the other was even further away). The internet sales manager (Robert) and the sales guy that handles our purchase (Mark) were easy to deal with and very friendly and courteous. However, probably due to very high traffic on that night we had to wait a ludicrous amount of time waiting for the finance guy to get to us. We would have hoped they would expedite the processing of our loan, considering we were there with an increasingly tired and irritated toddler, however that didn't happen. Even worse, they processed people who arrived after us first. To top it off, it turns out that the $399 doc fee they charge does not cover mailing of license plates to my home, so it's either a 2 hour round trip to pick them up or a $20 extra charge for UPS. Bottom line is, this is a high volume dealership, they have a large number of vehicles in stock and they will treat you like "yet another customer". Plus they will try to nickel and dime you in fees. If you're in the area, want a vehicle they have in stock, have copious amounts of patience and don't care about an extra dollar or 100 in fees, I guess you can shop here. If not, you might be better off going somewhere else. More
