Without a doubt the worst car buying experience I've ever had. We purchased a cx-5 back in June, they told us it should arrive within 2 weeks, 2 weeks come and go and we never heard anything from them. We st had. We start calling them and they always seem to be busy or out and never return our calls. We escalate to Mazda USA customer service and then the sales manager has the nerve to yell at my wife for "dragging his sales mans name through the mud". After speaking with other dealerships and sales managers about this, they all said this should never have happened and they would have immediately fired whoever gave them the ok to sell a car they had no idea when would arrive. In the end we had no choice but to purchase a different cx-5 because they were unable to tell us when the one we wanted would arrive. We would have gone somewhere else but they had our "non-refundable deposit". When the plates came in the lady at the front desk asks us to check everything over to makesure its correct. turns out the apartment # was wrong, she said she couldnt fix it and that we had to go to the DMV.... Service wasn't much better, we had one tire that was slowly losing air pressure and setting off the tire pressure alarm, the guy in the service department was rude and tried to make it seem like we didn't know what we were talking about. Come to find out they over inflated the tires by 5 psi. We now take it to Ramsey Mazda for all service, customer service is 100% better, even had them remove the Wayne Mazda badges from the car and replace with Ramsey Mazda as it pisses me off every time I see that name. They have a large selection of mazdas but its not worth it, other dealers can pull from other local dealers in a short amount of time. Check the BBB rating More

I came into Wayne Mazda without a clear plan in mind as to which car I was willing/able to purchase at the time. Mike took his time to show me multiple cars, price them out, and work with me to get the be to which car I was willing/able to purchase at the time. Mike is not the typical car salesman that you envision but rather a helpful guide through the car buying experience. David Olson was very friendly from the start and was very low key without putting a lot of pressure on me. On the test drive he was pretty quiet unless I asked questions, which was good because there were no low key without putting a lot of pressure on me. On the test drive he was pretty quiet unless I asked questions, which was good because there were no distractions as I was getting used to a car I'd never driven before. He made the whole sales/trade in negotiation part pretty easy. Since I was financing through my own bank, I had to leave the dealership for a while, but he made sure to get all the paperwork in order so I didn't have to wait forever once I returned. He even called my insurance company to change over my insurance to the new vehicle. I'd definitely recommend asking for David if you're in the market for a Mazda. They had an enormous selection and I was able to get exactly the CX-5 that I was looking for. Love the car and I would not hesitate to buy from here again. More
Michael Superti went above and beyond to help me find the car I wanted and needed. I walked him all over the lot more than once and after my selection the next day I changed my mind on color of the interior car I wanted and needed. We were looking for a new family vehicle with a rough idea of what what we wanted. Chris Wells made (what I thought was going to be a very laborious effort) a very pleasant experience.
