Interestingly, I met Ash a couplr years ago when I stopped to just look but was pretty set on a VW Golf TDI. I bought the TDI. The boss allowed me to "trade-up" since she wouldn't and didn't want to use my car. I was on my way to acually buy a Subaru. I had just submitted a request for info. on the CX-5 via Consumer Reports build & buy program. My wife and I were in the car and the phone rang. It was Randy from Wayne Mazda inviting us to stop in. I sorta blew him off in a polite way since we had a target in mind... the Subaru. We said we should probably stop and look since we're going right past the place. We stopped looked around and spoke to Ash who was very polite and well versed on the product lines. He showed us a few cars and let us dwell on it. I became a little edgy wanting to now go and talk to the Subaru dealer so we left and continued on to our destination. When we got there, the deal we were offered was already "bettered" by their competitor closer to the North Bergen area. We left and continued on to at least stop and look at the Toyotas. The Rav 4 is just too big. At least it felt too big. My original budget was about 26k tops. I ended up going back for a test drive on the CX-5. This is a nice vehicle. Not a powerful unit but aren't we trying to get better mileage? I moved from a 38 mpg vehicle to this CX-5 which surprised me but Ash was easy going enough and tolerant of the fact that I talk too much and we were able to strike a deal. He was a competant nice guy and not one of the typical car salesmen you run into. I can say that he shone above the salesman that I bought the car from at VW. I actually still dislike that guy who WAS the typical kind of "used car dealer" most of us don't like. ANYWAY, this is a nice car to say the least. I bought it at night so brought a very powerful flashlight to be able to see this car clearly in the dark. I gave it to Ash. This is the guy I'd look for again at Wayne Mazda to buy another car from. His manager was a little tougher but we all struck a stisfactory deal. I am pleased with the fact I was swayed by the car. I hope to have good fortune with this vehicle and own it for a long time to come. PROVE ME CORRECT MAZDA!!! More

Have you ever been to a dealership and was welcomed with attitude, or a dealer that there hospitality was rude, or you didn't feel important? Well Chris wells from Wayne Mazda wasn't that. He helped us get the vehicle we wanted and he answered all of our questions. He was honest and we didn't feel like we were being ripped off. Wayne Mazda had a lot of employees there that were cordial and kind. They were communicative and just pleasant to be around. Randy who's works on the internet sales was helpful in the beginning. Bernadette O'keef who works in finance was like our angel. She did her magic and we got the best Deal. So If you ever go to Wayne Mazda Please ask for Chris Wells. I will always remember my good experience there. More
I had various quotes from other dealers and i talked to diana about matching an offer..she couldnt do it but transfer me to a manager, greg, who after a 20 min negotiations agree to an offer close to it. Wayne had the color of the cx5 that i wanted and it only had 2 miles on it. I did this all over the phone..put down 500 deposit and then talked to manny (sales rep) about all my info before i came in to pick up. I was so worried that it was just a con to get me in the door that i started reading reviews..even checked with my credit card company to make sure i can get my deposit back if it didnt work out. Went there the next day, all worried and what mot..wondering what possible fees they were going to try to add on. I was all set to argue that the price was out the door, even had email print outs. But amazingly enough, it was the smoothest most awesome car transaction. I met manny at the door, he was just wonderful. He gave me his email, personal cell number and replied back promptly. I signed the papers, dealt with the finance and tada got the keys. No pushy sales or cons. I am just so happy with them and my new car. Manny even offered to mail me my plates. I highly recommend dealing with manny and to compare prices online. There were fees on my contract but i didnt care. I had an set price in mind and that was my bottom number. Didnt care what numbers they manuevered to get there. Just awesome! More
