My new Mazda is sitting in my garage and i cant drive it because the dealership didnt get the registration completed in more than 2 weeks. Mark Harding my salesman is no longer with the dealership. "I havent forgotten you" "I will call you back" "you can drive the car with an expired New Jersey temporary plate the police wont bother you" When you pay the dealership a substantial fee to complete the paperwork you dont expect the problems i have had. I have bought several other cars out of state and this is the first major issue i have ever had. More

Shanoll was the best sales man I have EVER dealt with! I have been shopping around for a while now and I just couldn’t figure out which car I was most interest in.. and then I met Shanoll he was just a plea have been shopping around for a while now and I just couldn’t figure out which car I was most interest in.. and then I met Shanoll he was just a pleasure to work with. Dealt with salesman: Ted Carrozza the other day. I stopped in just to browse the used car inventory. Ted was polite, not pushy, helpful and knew the inventory. I was on the lot looking at a Subaru WRX, when one of your salesmen, Ted Carrozza, approached me and asked if I needed help. I thought he was friendly, polite and informative.
