I was really in a jam trying to get rid of the car I had. I was upside in what I owed and unhappy with my car. Ron along with his team really helped me get out of a bad situation. Chris was VERY helpful, and handeled everything above and beyond my expectations. I came in with a clear idea of what I was looking for and Chris beat those expectations! Even after the sale Chris called me beyond my expectations. I came in with a clear idea of what I was looking for and Chris beat those expectations! Looked at a few 2010 cx9's. Checked the sticker and internet prices. They matched, good sign. $23, 000 for one and $21, 000 for a similar higher mileage 9. After a test drive and an appraisal of my car internet prices. They matched, good sign. $23, 000 for one and $21, 000 for a similar higher mileage 9. After a test drive and an appraisal of my car, salesman comes back with an offer sheet for the $23, 000 cx9. There offer was $26, 000!!!!!! When I tell the salesman his math is way off he hits me with a real zinger. He shows me what they call the R&O. Repair & overhaul. They actually want to tack on what they do to the car to get it ready to sell!!! Made no sense to me and I can't see anyone falling for it but maybe people do. Please beware of this crazy tactic. The actually want to negotiate the price higher!!!! Crazy! ! Don't believe u will get any of their used cars for the advertised prices. It will not happen. I also think they put fake positve reviews here. If you don't see price info and it's all great on the review, take it with a grain. Salesman don't want price info out there. All I know is on a 23, 000 car minus my 4, 000 trade, they wanted me to pay $26, 000. The place is not honorable. Don't know what the new car experience is, but would never by used from them. More
Well, it looks like they seem to be advertising the same car for $11,995 (Mazda 3i) with NO intent on selling it for this price. Before driving over an hour, I called to see if the car was available and it car for $11,995 (Mazda 3i) with NO intent on selling it for this price. Before driving over an hour, I called to see if the car was available and it was. When I got there, the set me up with a salesman and we went out for the test drive. The car didn't start, so he had someone come over to jump start it. I didn't mind this, because after all, it comes with the warranty. During the test drive, the salesman went on to tell me that this was originally a lease from them that was turned in to them after the lease was up. After the drive, we went inside to go over the numbers. I presented a printout that I had gotten from another website that showed, with my estimated trade + down payment, my daughter would have an estimate monthly payment of $115/month. I then watched the salesman read, reread and reread again, they add that they had listed. after which point, he went in the back. When he came back he said that they had additional fees. Hmmm, no mention of this before he went in the back... He then told me that they had the following fees: $795 destination fee $250 Doc Fee $750 dealer fee which added an additional $1800 to the price and that the monthly payment would be $160/month. So after bickering a bit, the salesman asked what we would pay and I figured $125/month max! The salesman went into the back again and, this time, came back with someone else. This person then broke the news to me that they could not do that price, but they could lease my daughter a car. I wonder how places can get away with this? They just make up fees as they go? We were 100% ready to purchase this car (at the advertised price)..OK, we would have paid the Doc fees/tags and taxes of course ...but destination fee? on a USED car? that was originally leased from them? and a dealer fee? I guess it's not as bad as the comment/review a few below me...they had high fees added. I wonder if it was the same car? More
I highly recommend Chris Wells if you're looking for a Mazda. I went recently to look, and even though I didn't buy a car from here, they were all very helpful.Chris walked back and forth in freezing weat Mazda. Untrustworthy, not honorable, and not willing to negotiate price - stingy. If they negotiate, it's minimal. They do not honor they're Wayne Mazda Assurance Program because they just won't call you b negotiate price - stingy. If they negotiate, it's minimal. They do not honor they're Wayne Mazda Assurance Program because they just won't call you back if you find a better legitimate offer. If you do your homework on the car you want to buy, they don't want you in their dealership. They're like a casino who kicks people out who are winning money by card counting. They like to deal with people who haven't done their homework. If you're searching for a dealership that is going to work with to get you to the price you can afford, Wayne Mazda is not the place for you. Especially if you're in the military and come in with the USAA guarantee of so much money off the MSRP, they really don't want to work with you. I hope Wayne Mazda will one day treat the people who protect this country with the respect they deserve because as of right now they do just the opposite. I will not recommend this dealership to any of my fellow US Military Academy cadets or fellow Army officers/soldiers. More

My daughter found a certified used Mazda 3 on-line that she liked so we stopped at Wayne Mazda to test drive. Everyone was friendly including the salesman. We test drove the car and my daughter really like she liked so we stopped at Wayne Mazda to test drive. Everyone was friendly including the salesman. We test drove the car and my daughter really liked it. All was going well until it came time to discuss price. The advertised price was $11,995. This was in my daughter's budget and she was excited after driving the car. This would be her first car purchase. It was then explained to us that to engage the 12 month warranty, we needed to add $349. We weren't thrilled about it but it wasn't going to stop us. What did stop us was when we were told that there was an additional $2,300 in "repair orders" that we would have to also pay. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and never heard of this. What audacity this dealership has to advertise a car for a certain price and then proceed to add another $2,650! I actually thought it was a joke at first. My daughter was crying when we got back into our car and I didn't know what to say. Wayne Mazda, you should be ashamed of these tactics. It's dealers like you who give the industry a bad reputation. I do plan on lodging a complaint with the BBB because no one, especially someone who is buying their first car should have to go through that experience. More
We went to Wayne Mazda to test drive a CX-5. We originally were going to comparison shop among dealerships, but the experience and price was so great, we decided to purchase at Wayne Mazda. Jeff w originally were going to comparison shop among dealerships, but the experience and price was so great, we decided to purchase at Wayne Mazda. Jeff was super helpful and patient. Absolutely no BS from him, if he didn't know or wasn't sure, he went to look it up. I went to other dealerships beforehand and the other salesmen always made up answers, which I disliked. More
