Hi We spoke about this matter when you visited the delaership last week. Your accusations have no merit.... I can't fire staff everytime they make a mistake.. No one would ever keep a job if that was situation.. Here is how our process works.. She sent in a price request and Diana respond to your regarding a 2014 MAzda 6. Diana asked me to work up a lease price for you.. I gave you a price based on 2k down plus tax and fees.. All our prices are based on plus tax and DMV fees... That is how all lease programs are promoted.. Every promotion that you see on TV, Newspaper and Online is always plus tax and fees.. Our lease quote process is no different than any other automotive brand. It's truly unfortunate that Diana swayed from the process... I belive that this issue could have been avoided if you had only taken a few minutes of your time and spoken to Diana. I could not find and phone conversations between you and her in my CRM. .. I personally belive that it's much better to talk to someone over the phone than via email... Diana must respond to FIFTY emails each day.. A message can get lost and sometimes go with out a response.. This will certainly avoid any misunderstandings. Thanks Robert 973-646-0313

Robert, You response have couple issues: 1. Diana did a fantastic job and I was never implying that she needs to be fire a blamed for the issue. 2. Diana, could not sway from the process because I specifically asked parameters of the lease - no down payment, paying taxes and fees. 3. You still do not want to assume any blame yourself! This is the biggest issue. 4. Lastly I spoke with Diana over the phone before my business trip. Regards, Igor

hope you are enjoying your new car. PLease call Joe if you have any questions regarding the car. I am not sure what you mean about paying more than MSRP for the car... Has far as the fees .. that you call hidden fees. These fees are NOT HIDDEN .... They are printed an the Sales Order in bold... This is the same sales order that that you reviewed BEFORE YOU SIGNED IT. All dealers have similar fees... Which I am sure you aware of. You calling these fees HIDDEN is completely false and unjustified. The fees were NOT disclosed until after I was there for 6 hours, until after the new car was already added to my insurance, until after all of the other papers were signed. The very last paper I signed was the loan paperwork that listed the fees. I was not told there would be a fee for etching the window...that was never disclosed to me until after it was done. My loan amount is higher than the price of the car and I had a trade and a down payment. It just doesn't add up! I was quoted a much lower monthly payment for the same vehicle at another dealer...but after so many hours there I was apparently to exhausted to think straight
