Courteous, low-keyed service. Different package options were clearly discussed. Salesman was friendly and very knowledgeable, and made the purchase process very easy. Recently I experienced a classic bait and switch sales tactic with Wayne Mazda. (As internet sales manager Robert Kawczak called it 'innocent mistake'). See for yourself. I was given an e-quote to lease M tactic with Wayne Mazda. (As internet sales manager Robert Kawczak called it 'innocent mistake'). See for yourself. I was given an e-quote to lease Mazda6 GT, the quote was favorable compare to other dealers, and again they claim that they are #1 and price will not be the reason to lose the sale! I wanted to pay fees and taxes upfront, no money down. In the process of discussion with sales assistant we ironed all my questions, so manger rounded fees+taxes to $2000 and this was all I have to pay. I specifically asked if this is all I have to pay and got confirmation in e-mail. Next Saturday I wanted to go to the dealership and received an e-mail from Robert, inviting me in with reaffirming the price. The second e-mail was that I will have to deal with him. I went to dealership and apparently after test drive I learned that I need to pay another $1760 to get to the price I was given. No apologies, “assistant did not write it properly, it is all her fault”! So, if you are the manager and sending personal invitation, should you review information what you are sending? Than it started classical conversation what I believe is the right price for the car, at which point I just tuned out. Later I received couple more e-mails and calls from Roberts trying to provide some coverage and blaming his assistant more. Why not take blame as a manager for himself! It was very disappointing experience, and pretty much removed Wayne Mazda from our family map this time and in the future. More
We have purchased 3 Mazda's previously with this dealership. I saw the new Mazda 6 on tv and thought it was a great looking car. I went in on a Tuesday night without my husband. I was directed to Ma dealership. I saw the new Mazda 6 on tv and thought it was a great looking car. I went in on a Tuesday night without my husband. I was directed to Marc Roy. I explained to him I wanted to trade in my CX-5 because it didn't have enough power for me. Within 1 hour we had a deal that worked for me. Needless to say I now have the 2014 Mazda 6 and I love it. Marc was great. We are dedicated buyers to this dealership because of their outstanding service and making us feel like family. They always remember us when we walk in and that is a great feeling. Thank you Wayne Mazda for another great experience. . More

Feel scammed. Ended up paying more than the sticker price even with a trade and down payment thanks to all their hidden fees. Love the car, but wish I had listened to my gut (and other reviewers) and purchas even with a trade and down payment thanks to all their hidden fees. He was very professional, efficient, and thorough, going through the process. Marlon is a first class professional. Beyond Marlon, I found everyone I came in contact with; the financial represenatative, the receptionists, to be friendly and competent. I would definetly recommend Wayne Mazda and Marlon Roberts to anyone looking to buy a new Mazda. More

I got an e-quote from Wayne Mazda which was more than $1000 lower than the best offer I’ve received. I called to confirm and found out they included the loyalty rebate. I told the salesperson I don’t own $1000 lower than the best offer I’ve received. I called to confirm and found out they included the loyalty rebate. I told the salesperson I don’t own a Mazda so she told me to add $500 to my quote. THAT should have been my first clue! All the other dealerships asked if I currently own a Mazda before quoting a price. Anyway, the price was still the lowest, so I asked about a better price if I put down a large down payment and the rep said no negotiations are done on the phone (second clue.) I took the day off from work and made the 1-hr drive there, prepared to take home a new car. The rep (who is not the person that sent me the original email) went over the quote and started crunching numbers. The total price came out to more than some of the other dealers. Wow. $399 doc fees and $299 “etching” fee. Wayne Mazda claims all their cars are etched…no way am I paying for that. I tell the rep my local dealer gave a lower price than his final calculation to which he asks why I didn’t go with them! I told him that’s because Wayne Mazda’s quote WAS way lower before these inflated fees were tacked on. We go back and forth with the numbers. The rep’s calculation of the monthly payments are $10/month higher than mine. All our numbers are the same, so why is that? I’m using a car loan app and the rep’s trying to convince me that not all apps work correctly. Then how come the numbers came out fine at other dealerships? He says “Ok, whatever you say”, dismissively.. For a 60-month loan, that’s a $600 discrepancy! I even did the numbers using their company MazdaUSA.com payment calculator and the numbers matched mine. I guess according to the rep the Mazda USA’s online calculator is incorrect also. It felt like he was trying to pull a fast one. At that point I decided that I’m not doing business with someone who is essentially committing fraud. FYI – according to the BBB, they have 59 complaints in the last 3 years. I did a search on other Mazda dealers I received quotes from just to do a comparison…(in the last 3 years) three had 0 complaints and one had 2 complaints. I should have checked BBB before wasting my time. You have been forewarned. More
