On October 24th 2013 I tried to lease a 2013 Mazda 3 from Wayne Mazda . I have a credit score in the 700's and I was very clear with the the salesmen Paul that I bought a Ford Mustang earlier in July a from Wayne Mazda . I have a credit score in the 700's and I was very clear with the the salesmen Paul that I bought a Ford Mustang earlier in July and that I wanted to leased this car to have a car that I can drive during the winter. They said that would not be a problem and wanted me to leave with the car that night. I even brought my dad to see if co-leasing would help me obtain a lease. On top of all of this they gave me a car that was damage and had to go into the body shop to be fixed. We where at the dealership for 4 hours until we left with the car at 10pm. They assured me that they would not let me leave with the car if I was not going to be approved for the lease. A week after that I brought the car into the dealership to get the damaged front bummer repaired which is how I received it. I was told it would only take a day and I should have the car the next day. Long story short the service center kept giving me different stories and it took 6 days for me to get the car back. However I did have a loaner. While all of that was going on Chris Wells, Finance mgr. called me a week and a half after I picked up the car saying I am not approved for a lease, only that I was approved to buy the car. I asked him how can you give me a car to lease and 2 weeks later say I can only buy the car. They told me I either buy the car or return it. I was unable to return the car that day because of the short notice they gave me but I said I would return the car the next day. This was not good enough for them. NOLAN PENA , the General mgr. began to harass my father and I. He was saying things like I am stealing the car and that he reported the car stolen. With that kind of threat, I was so disgusted that I called back to informed them to wait for me get off of work and I would return the car after the dealership closed. They took the car back from me on November 8th 2013 at 9:30 pm. I also never received a copy of the lease agreement which by law I am suppose to have and they refused to give it to me. I am a insurance broker and I needed a void copy of the lease to send to my insurance company to void out that I was leasing the car. Nolan still refused to give me any paper work and kept giving me different stories or excuses that he sent it here or there. Nolan acted in a very despicable manner to my father and I. This is worst experience I have ever had. I will say this Paul did a good job, It was the Finance team and Nolan that was the big issue here . A week after all of this ended I went to Ramsey Mazda and was approved for a lease and walked out with the car with no issues at all in a time frame of 24 hours. I don't know what Wayne Mazda is up to but it seems very suspicious that they refused that to give me any voided documents that I should have to begin with . If you are interested in a Mazda go to Ramsey Mazda there service and understand was excellent. More
I wish all dealerships were like this one. This was the third Mazda dealership I visited to purchase a Mazda 6 and I wish it was my first one - it would have saved me so much time. At the other dealerships third Mazda dealership I visited to purchase a Mazda 6 and I wish it was my first one - it would have saved me so much time. At the other dealerships I had to deal with salesman gimmicks, lies about price, tiresome service, etc. Not here. Marc Roy was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He understood what I wanted in my new car and was able to get me a great deal (better than the other 2 dealerships!). I also have to give credit to Randy (online support) who was also helpful on the phone prior to my visit. Thank you Marc for helping me get such a great car! More

Overall it was a good experience...My only negative was in regards to the installation of the fog lights and the keyless entry....I received a "we owe" form and when I asked can I schedule the time when th in regards to the installation of the fog lights and the keyless entry....I received a "we owe" form and when I asked can I schedule the time when these extras would be installed, I was basically told that you will get a call in a week or so, and if I don't hear from anyone in a week, to call the delearship back. It would have been better experience if a time to schedule the upgrades was done when I made the request. ........ Other than that it was a good experience More

I had a terrible experience at Wayne Mazda in 2007, yet, since they are lose to where I live, I decided to visit one more time as a last chance to buy my new 2014 car. Phil, the sales associate was very helpful and customer service oriented. Phil is not the standard old school salesman that tries to just sell you something and get as much money as possible.
