Like most people, I did considerable research online to find the best car for the best price that met our needs. I wanted a car that was reliable, fuel efficient, looked good and was actually fun to drive. find the best car for the best price that met our needs. I chose Wayne Mazda for the simple reason that they were the closest dealership to my house. I went there armed with data and an e-quote from Diana, their Internet Manager, but was expecting the usually headaches and gamesmanship. I met Ash Choudhury, he was professional, helpful, patient with my many questions and never pressured me. We took a a nice test drive where I was able to get a good sense of how the car handled...wonderfully...Negotiations over price were handled professionally and I got a really good deal on a great car. More

My wife and I found errors in our paper work after driving off the parking lot. We believe the errors were made intentional upon bringing this issue their attention.This is the worst customer experien driving off the parking lot. My experience was not a positive one. From the beginning My experience was not a positive one. From the beginning there was dealing with dishonest people who were misleading me with false offers. Unfortunately i put my deposit which i was forced to do .My auto deal never materialized but for the past 3 months I have been fighting to get for my deposit back. Sales manager Nolan Pena was very ignorant and unpleasant in helping to get my money back. Very poor customer care , they don't respond when you call them to resolve your issues. I never recommend you to purchase any vehicle from this place. Unfortunate but true More

I've never purchased a car before so this was my first experience. I've been looking for a new car for months and still really had no idea what I wanted to buy. I went into Wayne Mazda looking to buy a Mazda 3 - read great reviews and out of the dealerships in my area, Wayne Mazda had the best reviews. Phil introduced himself in the parking lot and we immediately got to talking about what I was looking for. He explained all the benefits and features of the 2013 and 2014 Mazda3. We test drove, talked about some numbers and then I went home. He kept in contact while I was thinking about what to do. I went in two more times after that and in the end did not buy a Mazda. Nothing against Wayne Mazda because Phil was very patient, understanding and extremely informative but a Mazda was just not a right fit for me. I would highly recommend Phil and Wayne Mazda if you're looking for a Mazda! More

Raul was wonderful to work with. As we arrived @ the dealership , he greeted us outside & I immediately told him what the requirements were in order to close the deal. Very pleased with the vehicle & the experience that I will be bringing relatives over to get a new vehicle also! More
