If I'm going to let you know about the bad I have to let you know of the good. After the disappointment of dealing with the previous 2 dealers, I found a dealer that apparently keeps a good check on the let you know of the good. We were originally looking for CPO Mazda3's but after research we were really locked in on your Skyactiv technology. We stumbled on Wayne Mazda, in Wayne NJ, approximately 98 miles from where we live. They had 2013 models (new) listed on their site for a little more than most of the CPO's we were looking at. To make a long story short, after filling out internet info, I was contacted by Emilio Minier (5:30pm, 1/29/14) & let him know our situation. We spoke a couple more times that evening and he let me know he would be getting back in touch with me the following day, but not until after 10:00am. After several conversations & transfer of info, starting around 12:00pm, I was called by Bernadette O'Keefe, around 3:00pm, she broke the final numbers down etc. By 3:45 my son & I were on the road for a 2 hr trek, to North Jersey, to try to finalize a deal. Once there we were greeted warmly, and by 8:10pm we were driving out with a better car than my son thought he would be driving. I'm not going to say that after sleeping on it I am completely satisfied with some of my decisions; I think I should have demand a closer price to the one on the web site, but they were close. I should have gone with my initial instincts and not done the factory wrap plus but I still have to look into that a little more. I posted the times to give you an idea of how much time they spent on trying to make a deal work for someone they weren't even sure would be willing to drive 2 hrs to them. Bottom line is I would be willing to drive the 98 miles to deal with this dealership again, and probably will when we buy our next Mazda. I would not hesitate to recommend these people and dealership to others. The reason for the inventory comment in the beginning, this morning the vehicle we purchased was already removed from their site. The other dealers should contact them to see what how it is that they do things the right way. More

That being said, Phil Guo made the overall experience at Wayne Mazda a great one. After shopping at many other dealers, it was easy to see that Wayne Mazda was way ahead of the competition. I attribute most of that to Phil. He followed up with me practically daily as I made my decision to lease a Mazda 3. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure I knew and understood all of its capabilities. He made what is often a stressful experience a light-hearted and fun one. More

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Daniel took the time to explain all the features in great detail as well as the difference between model trims and years. Test drive was a lot longer than at other time to explain all the features in great detail as well as the difference between model trims and years. Test drive was a lot longer than at other dealerships and took us through highway, local roads, and hills. A good price was listed on their website, however, it did not mention it was valid only for returning Mazda customers. (A ~$700 difference). No other local Mazda dealers listed as low a price. Would definitely recommend this dealership. More
I have had my fair share of experiences buying a car. I have even gone to Wayne Mazda in the past to purchase a car. This was, by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. Marc was very friendly have even gone to Wayne Mazda in the past to purchase a car. This was, by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. Marc was very friendly and informative. my boyfriend & i brought my car to have it service at wayne mazda. someone in the service dept stole our camera inside our car. we know exactly who this person who took our camera. when he parked our car wayne mazda. someone in the service dept stole our camera inside our car. we know exactly who this person who took our camera. when he parked our car when he finished with the service, my boyfriend seen him from inside the waiting area opening the middle compartment inside the car. we called the manager steve roman on the phone and through email about the incident. He sent some pictures of the employees that work that day but can't really tell because the pictures were not close enought to see their face. After that email conversation he never got back to us again about the incident. until now we still bring our car to get service there because this is the only service place around our area for hyundai. we don't leave anymore valuable in the car after that incident. we know for a fact they still going through personal stuff because i took a picture of the inside of the middle compartment before we park our car in the service area. after the service l checked it & i was right all the stuff inside the middle compartment inside the car were moved around. if someone steal a camera, this person can steal anything in this company. i just can't believe that no one did anything about it.
