Came in the morning after locating the used vehicle that suited my needs online, met TJ and after a test drive and little back and forth with the back of house TJ was able to get the deal done! After driving a mini-van for 25 years it was time to downsize as the kids are grown with their own vehicles. I fancied the Mazda CX-5 and decided it was time to look into getting one. We chose Wayne Mazda, as we are a repeat customer, having purchased a 2010 Mazda 3 for our son. Marlon's huge smile and great personality was our initial greeting. Marlon did a GREAT job explaining the vehicles many bells and whistles. He allowed us to take one on a test drive and explained it's many options during the drive. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He has a great future selling Mazda's and will be well liked by customers. We talked numbers and went back and forth till we were comfortable with payments. When we went to pick up the new vehicle - Marlon took the time to explain the navigation system, he set up the blue tooth with my cell phone and demonstrated how to use it and also all the features of the vehicle. His patience with explaining everything to a somewhat "older" customer was excellent. Today's youth sometimes has no patience with those of us who did not grow up with all the modern technology that they are experts at - this was NOT Marlon! I'm enjoying my new vehicle and thanks to Marlon know how to use the many features it came with. Would definitely recommend Wayne Mazda and Marlon to anyone looking to purchase a Mazda! More

-ZERO STARS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I came here to get my remote key programmed. After 2 hours of patiently waiting and $107, I get in the car and the remote key doesn't work. Alex my customer serv to get my remote key programmed. After 2 hours of patiently waiting and $107, I get in the car and the remote key doesn't work. Alex my customer service representative explained to me that only the key was programmed and cut. The remote wasn't because that's two separate procedures and I didn't specify that I wanted both things programmed... REALLY, HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT? I handed Alex one item the remote with the key in it. He never informed me THAT IT WOULD BE 2 SEPERATE PROGRAMS. So i asked to speak with a manager TWICE (John Wilkes) finally after 20 minutes he called me into the car lot to speak with him and Alex (he was smart to call me into the lot and not meet me in the waiting room, because everyone would've heard my concerns). I was so confused on why would they have me wait 2 hours to get a key cut. When I had a key already and what was important was to get the remote programmed... Where's the common sense? Where's the communication and the customer service value??? I brought the car in for a "basic procedure" WHY THE DIFFICULTY IN DELIVERING PROPER SERVICE? I got a lame apology from Alex, but from the "Customer service manager" JOHN WILKES nothing HE JUST STOOD THERE AND WATCHED ME... no solution, no explanation NOT A WORD. JOHN WILKES YOU ACTED IN A COWARDLY WAY !!! SHAME ON YOU AND ON MAZDA FOR GIVING YOU THIS POSITION! WHEN YOU CLEARLY DON'T CARE!!! P.S. NOT TO MENTION 3 WEEKS AGO i had my transmission changed mazda had my car for two weeks and ROB NEVER BOTHERED to call me I HAD to be the one calling him. I SHOULD'VE KNOWN BETTER THAN TO GIVE THIS PLACE 2 SHOTS. NEVER AGAIN WILL I INVEST IN MAZDA!!! More

The Sales person Marlon Roberts was more knowledgeable than any of the other salesman I dealt with in the other Mazda dealerships I visited. Also I did believe The Service Department was highly rated as than any of the other salesman I dealt with in the other Mazda dealerships I visited. Also I did believe The Service Department was highly rated as I spoke to people who were waiting on their cars for service and they said the service was very good at the Wayne Mazda Dealership.Overall everyone was very courteous at this dealership, but Marlon Roberts sold me on purchasing my 2014 Mazda GT 6.
